本实用新型公开了一种真空超薄绝热保温板,其包括无机纤维芯材、高强度复合阻气膜,所述无机纤维芯材为预制成型的板材,该无机纤维芯材外面被高强度复合阻气膜完全包覆,并抽真空。本实用新型真空超薄绝热保温板的无机纤维芯材是预先预制一体成型的,然后再将该无机纤维芯材真空封装在高强度复合阻气膜内,取代了现有技术的将粉状无机纤维芯材封装在高强度复合阻气膜中。如此结构,便于加工,根据施工建筑外墙形状,可以先将无机纤维芯材加工成需要的大小和形状,易于施工,提高了施工效率,且外形也较美观。

本实用新型用于建筑的外墙保温,尤其是真空超薄绝热保温板,也就是STP超薄绝热保温板。 
背景技术
真空超薄绝热保温板,也就是STP超薄绝热保温板,适用于以混凝土和砌体结构为基层的新建居住建筑与公共建筑的外墙外保温工程和既有民用建筑的外墙外保温改造工程。对对流、热传导和热辐射三种方式的传热都有一定的阻隔。具有极低的导热系数,优异的绝热性能,同时具有超薄、质轻、防火不燃、绿色环保的优点,得到越来越广泛的应用。现有的STP超薄绝热保温板,是由粉状无机纤维芯材与高强度复合阻气膜通过抽真空封装技术制成的。 
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种真空超薄绝热保温板,易于在工程上施工使用,且外形美观。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种真空超薄绝热保温板,其包括无机纤维芯材、高强度复合阻气膜,所述无机纤维芯材为预制成型的板材,该无机纤维芯材外面被高强度复合阻气膜完全包覆,并抽真空。
进一步,所述无机纤维芯材的形状为方形、圆形、笔直形或弯曲形。
进一步,所述无机纤维芯材的表面多孔,分布均匀。
本实用新型达到的技术效果如下:本实用新型真空超薄绝热保温板的无机纤维芯材是预先预制一体成型的,然后再将该无机纤维芯材真空封装在高强度复合阻气膜内,取代了现有技术的将粉状无机纤维芯材封装在高强度复合阻气膜中。如此结构,便于加工,根据施工建筑外墙形状,可以先将无机纤维芯材加工成需要的大小和形状,所以施工快,提高施工效率,外形也较美观。

如图1所示,为本实用新型一种真空超薄绝热保温板1(即STP超薄绝热保温板),其包括无机纤维芯材11、高强度复合阻气膜12,所述无机纤维芯材11为预制成型的具有一定形状的板材或异型材。该无机纤维芯材11外面真空包覆所述高强度复合阻气膜12。无机纤维芯材11的形状为方形、圆形、笔直形或弯曲形。无机纤维芯材11的表面多孔,分布均匀。
本实用新型真空超薄绝热保温板1的无机纤维芯材11是预先预制一体成型的,然后再将该无机纤维芯材11真空封装在高强度复合阻气膜12内,取代了现有技术的将粉状无机纤维芯材11封装在高强度复合阻气膜12中。如此结构,便于加工,根据施工建筑外墙形状,可以先将无机纤维芯材11加工成需要的大小和形状,所以易于施工,提高施工效率,且外形也较美观。
