Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种真空绝热墙体板,属于建筑装饰材料技术领域。该真空绝热墙体板包括保温层和包覆于保温层外表面的保护层;所述保温层为厚度5mm~80mm的真空绝热板,所述保护层为厚度1mm~3mm的界面砂浆层。该真空绝热墙体板不易于损坏,且能大大提高了其与墙面等的粘接性能,使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种真空绝热墙体板。
背景技术
真空绝热板(Vacuum Insulated Panel,VIP)是一种新型、高效的保温材料,主要用于保温绝热、防火阻燃,如冰箱、深冷冰柜、医疗贵、船载工程冷库、矿难救生舱、建筑外墙、内墙保温等。它基于真空绝热原理,由芯部隔热材料和封闭的隔气薄膜组成,填充芯材与真空保护表层严密复合,可有效避免空气对流引起的热传递,导热系数大幅度降低,从而达到绝热保温效果。
真空绝热板真空度的上升则直接影响了其使用寿命,渗透与材料放气是造成真空绝热板内部真空度上升的直接原因,除非阻气层采用金属板或很厚的铝箔,否则很难阻止氮、氧、水汽等的渗入。
同时,由于真空绝热板的阻气层采用铝箔玻纤袋,与墙面或胶水的粘接性能不够好。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种真空绝热墙体板,该真空绝热墙体板不易于损坏,且能大大提高了其与墙面等的粘接性能,使用寿命长。
本实用新型是通过下列技术方案来实现的:
一种真空绝热墙体板,包括保温层和包覆于保温层外表面的保护层;所述保温层为厚度5mm~80mm的真空绝热板,所述保护层为厚度1mm~3mm的界面砂浆层。
所述真空绝热板(VIP板)包括芯材和真空保护层,真空保护层密封于芯材外部。所述真空保护层为铝箔玻纤袋,所述真空保温层内部真空度为5×10-3~1×10-1Pa。
所述真空绝热板的外表面为长方体或正方体,是将芯材装于铝箔玻纤袋后,将铝箔玻纤袋的四边向上弯折,再将向上弯折的部分沿与芯材等厚处再进行变折,从而形成外表面为长方体的真空绝热板。
所述界面砂浆层通过喷涂的方式包覆于保温层外表面。所述界面砂浆层是由水泥、石英砂、聚合物胶结料和添加剂经机械混合均匀而成,其配方可以为:普通硅酸盐水泥42.5450重量份,石英砂500重量份,聚合物胶结料(RE5010N或RE5044N)15-35重量份,添加剂(MKX6000PE50L)3.5重量份。
本实用新型的优点及有益效果如下:
1、能封闭基材的孔隙,减少墙体的吸收性,达到阻缓、降低轻质砌体抽吸覆面砂浆内水分,保证覆面砂浆材料在更佳条件下粘结胶凝;
2、固结,提高基材表面强度,保证砂浆的粘结力;
4、具有永久粘结强度,不老化、不水化及不形成影响耐久粘结的膜性结构;
5、免除抹灰前的二次浇水工序,避免墙体干缩。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本实用新型真空绝热墙体板包括保温层和包覆于保温层外表面的保护层;所述保温层为厚度5mm~80mm的真空绝热板1,所述保护层为厚度1mm~3mm的界面砂浆层2。
所述真空绝热板1包括芯材3和真空保护层4,真空保护层4密封于芯材3外部。所述真空保护层4为铝箔玻纤袋,所述真空保温层4内部真空度为5×10-3~1×10-1Pa。
所述真空绝热板1的外表面为长方体,是将芯材3装于铝箔玻纤袋后,将铝箔玻纤袋的四边向上弯折,再将向上弯折的部分沿与芯材等厚处再进行变折,从而形成外表面为长方体的真空绝热板1。
所述界面砂浆层2通过喷涂的方式包覆于保温层外表面。所述界面砂浆层2是由水泥、石英砂、聚合物胶结料和添加剂经机械混合均匀而成,其配方可以为:普通硅酸盐水泥42.5450重量份,石英砂500重量份,聚合物胶结料(RE5010N或RE5044N)15-35重量份,添加剂(MKX6000PE50L)3.5重量份。

1.一种真空绝热墙体板,其特征在于:该真空绝热墙体板包括保温层和包覆于保温层外表面的保护层;所述保温层为厚度5mm~80mm的真空绝热板,所述保护层为厚度1mm~3mm的界面砂浆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热墙体板,其特征在于:所述真空绝热板包括芯材和真空保护层,真空保护层密封于芯材外部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空绝热墙体板,其特征在于:所述真空保护层为铝箔玻纤袋,所述真空保温层内部真空度为5×10-3~1×10-1Pa。
4.根据权利要求2所述的真空绝热墙体板,其特征在于:所述真空绝热板的外表面为长方体或正方体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空绝热墙体板,其特征在于:所述界面砂浆层通过喷涂的方式包覆于保温层外表面。
