技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种保温板，特别是一种外墙保温板。
背景技术
目前所用的外墙保温板大多为挤塑或模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板，外墙保温板外一般无任何保护措施，使用过程中极易损坏，尤其是遇火后很容易燃烧并释放大量有毒气体，造成重大的火灾事故；同时现有的外墙保温墙板其结构平面为平板，施工时只能与结构墙体通过水泥砂浆粘结，此连接方式不牢靠容易产生空鼓剥离现象，极易脱落，另外，普通的。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型防火的外墙保温板，要解决传统的保温板遇火易燃的技术问题；并解决使用过程中与结构外墙连接不牢靠的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种新型防火的外墙保温板，包括泡沫板芯，所述泡沫板芯为阻燃型挤塑板芯，其外包有容重为150～350公斤/立方米的空心的发泡水泥外壳，所述发泡水泥外壳的中心及四角均开有用于穿膨胀螺栓的连接孔。
所述外墙保温板的宽度为600-800毫米，长度为1200-1500毫米和厚度为60-90毫米。
所述阻燃型挤塑板芯的厚度为50-80毫米。
所述连接孔的半径为50mm。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下特点和有益效果：
（1）本实用新型所述外墙保温板为通过在阻燃型板芯外罩薄壁发泡水泥外壳，相对于传统的外墙保温板质量更轻，防火性能更好，使用寿命更长。
（2）本实用新型的板面上设置有连接点，施工时在粘接的同时通过膨胀螺栓将结构墙体和保温板连接为一体，形成与结构墙体形成两重连接，故此较其他外墙保温板与墙体有更强的结合力。
（3）本实用新型适用性强，对外墙体的表面情况无要求，施工简便易行。
本实用新型可广泛应用于结构外墙保温。

实施例参见图1和图2所示，一种新型防火的外墙保温板，包括泡沫板芯，所述泡沫板芯为阻燃型挤塑板芯2，其外包有容重为150～350公斤/立方米的空心的发泡水泥外壳1，所述发泡水泥外壳1的中心及四角均开有用于穿膨胀螺栓的连接孔3。
所述外墙保温板的宽度为600-800毫米，长度为1200-1500毫米和厚度为60-90毫米。
所述阻燃型挤塑板芯2的厚度为50-80毫米。
所述连接孔3的半径为50mm。
所述的新型防火的外墙保温板的施工方法，首先将新型防火的外墙保温板朝向结构墙体外表面一侧通过速粘砂浆粘接；然后通过膨胀螺栓穿过外墙保温板上的连接孔并于结构墙体固定为一体，接着，在新型防火的外墙保温板外表面铺玻璃纤维网格布，最后在玻璃纤维网格布表面涂防裂砂浆。
