背景技术
    PGZ型下部卸料离心机是一种全密闭，程序自动化作业的离心分离设备，类属于刮刀下卸料系列。其特点是：无基础安装，取消了传统悬挂式机腿，简化安装过程，结构简洁，外形美观，清洗消毒方便；采用液态阻尼式隔振器，设备因振动产生的机械能量全部被隔振器吸收，对基础地面及周边设备无振动干扰。作业形式为间歇式，本机主要用于粘度较小，较易分离的各种有毒、有害、易燃易爆等工业物料的固液分离作业，广泛地应用于医药、化工、矿山、国防等工业领域。

一种分离机动力输入轴，包括轴承座，所述轴承座内安装有主轴，其特征在于：所述主轴顶端固定安装有主轴压盖，所述主轴与轴座上端通过上轴承盖密封，所述主轴的下端与主轴之间通过下轴承盖密封，所述主轴的末端固定安装有主轴皮带轮。
所述轴座上端与主轴之间安装有调心滚子轴承，所述调心滚子轴承上方固定安装有上轴承盖，所述上轴承盖与主轴之间套装有主轴护套，所述主轴护套与轴承盖之间镶嵌有骨架密封圈，所述主轴护套上设有喷淋管，所述喷淋管联通导水管。
所述主轴的下端与轴承座之间套装有单列圆柱滚子轴承，所述单列圆柱滚子轴承下表面设有轴承挡圈，所述轴承挡圈下具有角接触轴承，所述轴座的下端通过下轴承盖密封。
所述下轴承盖与主轴之间设有骨架密封圈。
所述主轴上安装的上调心滚子轴承与下端的单列圆柱滚子轴承之间分别设有上下挡油圈。
所述主轴的上下端分别设有平键。
本实用新型装配时应加入适量锂基润滑脂,各配合表面应涂薄层润滑脂后再装配，装配导水管时应缠绕生料带，防止漏水，装配后,用手转动主轴应能自转数转为宜，空车试验时，试车2小时后测量,轴承温度≤70°,轴承温升≤30°。

所述主轴2的下端与轴承座1之间套装有单列圆柱滚子轴承11，所述单列圆柱滚子轴承11下表面设有轴承挡圈12，所述轴承挡圈12下具有角接触轴承13，所述轴座1的下端通过下轴承盖5密封。
所述下轴承盖5与主轴2之间设有骨架密封圈16。
所述主轴2上安装的上调心滚子轴承7与下端的单列圆柱滚子轴承11之间分别设有上下挡油圈14。

1.一种分离机动力输入转轴，包括轴承座，所述轴承座内安装有主轴，其特征在于：所述主轴顶端固定安装有主轴压盖，所述主轴与轴座上端通过上轴承盖密封，所述主轴的下端与主轴之间通过下轴承盖密封，所述主轴的末端固定安装有主轴皮带轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述分离机动力输入轴，其特征在于：所述轴座上端与主轴之间安装有调心滚子轴承，所述调心滚子轴承上方固定安装有上轴承盖，所述上轴承盖与主轴之间套装有主轴护套，所述主轴护套与上轴承盖之间镶嵌有骨架密封圈，所述主轴护套上设有喷淋管，所述喷淋管联通导水管。
