为了克服燃气火的热量会从锅帮散失的不足，本实用新型提供的烙饼锅，该烙饼锅不仅节能，而且还烙饼快。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在平底锅与锅灶底部四周，由外层锅帮和内层锅帮制出双层真空状锅帮，燃气灶从锅灶前通气口放在平底锅下。
本实用新型有益效果是：可以用较少的燃气火，能较快烙熟饼。
