本实用新型主要是解决现有烹饪锅存在的不足，提供一种能大大增加锅体受热面积，提高传热效率的烹饪锅。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种烹饪锅，包括有锅体、手柄，所述锅体由靠近锅口部分的薄壁区和远离锅口部分的厚壁区组成，所述厚壁区的外壁设有若干径向布置的凹槽。

所述锅体为圆底锅，所述凹槽自厚壁区的顶端延伸至锅底。
