众所周知，真空循环脱气法是目前广泛应用的一种真空处理钢水的方法，真空循环脱气精炼炉的主体设备由真空室和抽气装置组成，其中真空室部分包括热顶盖、中部槽、底部槽和插入管。由于真空室各部段的使用寿命不同，因此在真空室整备的过程中除更换新的插入管外，还经常需要真空室中部槽与底部槽分箱、合箱的操作。然而随着真空处理钢产量的增加，真空室整备工作量日益增大，由于真空室各部件都需要经常拆装使用，为了节约现场场地空间，也为了存取方便，所以，真空室各部件需要一种结构简单、存取方便的存放工作台。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种炼钢真空室各部件存放工作台，该装置结构简单，各部件存取方便，有效的节约了现场场地空间。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种炼钢真空室各部件存放工作台，包括平台、热顶盖座、支撑柱、加强筋，所述的矩形平台中心设有存放真空室中部槽或底部槽的中孔，平台上四角设有热顶盖座，其中相邻两个热顶盖座为活动热顶盖座，所述的活动热顶盖座侧壁对称设有吊耳，所述的平台下设有支撑柱与加强筋。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：该装置结构简单，有效的解决了真空室各部件的存放问题，为现场节约了空间，并方便了真空室各部件的存取。

见图1，一种炼钢真空室各部件存放工作台，包括平台1、热顶盖座2、支撑柱4、加强筋5，所述的矩形平台1中心设有存放真空室中部槽或底部槽的中孔3，平台1上四角设有热顶盖座2，其中相邻两个热顶盖座2为活动热顶盖座6，所述的活动热顶盖座6侧壁对称设有吊耳7，所述的平台1下设有支撑柱4与加强筋5。
该装置的使用方法是：存放真空室的热顶盖时，将热顶盖存放在四个热顶盖座2上，当存放真空室的中部槽或底部槽时，可以利用吊车与活动热顶盖座6上的吊耳7配合将活动热顶盖座6从平台1上吊下，然后再将中部槽或底部槽放置在平台1的中孔3位置。
