背景技术
目前，在大众健身过程中所使用的压腿架主要由立杆和海绵垫构成，立杆比较固定，不能够随意调节高度，这样并不能够满足大众需要，给大众健身增加了极大的活动难度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在大众健身过程中能够随意调节高度的可调式压腿架。 
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种可升降压腿架，由底座、下升降杆、横杆、上升降杆、支撑杆、手摇臂和海绵垫组成，底座与下升降杆连接，下升降杆与横杆连接，横杆的左端与上升降杆连接，上升降杆与海绵垫连接，横杆的右端与支撑杆连接，支撑杆与海绵垫连接，上升降杆和下升降杆上均设置有手摇臂。 
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，使用方便，在进行压腿健身过程中可调节高度，适应使用者的需要，减轻了运动员的活动难度。
