本实用新型涉及装饰光源技术领域，特别是属于一种以铝合金型材为灯槽的新型装饰用灯条。
背景技术
LED灯条现在已经广泛应用于家具、汽车、广告、照明、轮船等行业，根据其灯槽的弯曲特性可分为硬灯条和软灯条。图1所示是一种目前普遍使用的硬灯条，是由灯槽、电路板、LED灯构成。其中，灯槽采用的是U形截面的铝合金型材，电路板横插在灯槽中，与灯槽的侧壁垂直，LED灯的管角焊接在电路板上，电路板与灯槽之间形成的空隙中填充灌封胶，起到防水、减震的作用。该型LED灯条具有结构简单、可靠性强、安装使用方便的特点。但是，由于电路布设和LED灯焊接的需要，电路板必须具有相应的面积，由此决定了作为灯槽的铝合金型材应有一定的截面宽度，最终导致该型LED灯条的横截面较大，用材多，单位长度的重量大，需要进行防水处理的面宽，上述综合因素导致制作成本上升。

本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种新型装饰多彩灯条，以达到节省用材、降低重量、减少成本的目的。
本实用新型所提供的新型装饰多彩灯条，由灯槽、电路板、LED灯构成，灯槽采用的是U形截面的铝合金型材，其特征在于，电路板竖插于灯槽中，即电路板是与灯槽的底板垂直的；LED灯的管角焊接在电路板上，电路板与灯槽之间形成的空隙中填充灌封胶。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型所提供的新型装饰多彩灯条，由灯槽1、电路板2、LED灯3构成，灯槽采用的是U形截面的铝合金型材，电路板与灯槽之间形成的空隙中填充灌封胶4，以起到防水、减震的作用。
本实用新型的特点是：电路板竖插于灯槽中，即电路板是与灯槽的底板垂直、与灯槽的侧壁平行的，所以，在具有较小截面积的前提下，可保证电路板具有足够的布置空间。
LED灯3的管角焊接在电路板上。为达到布置紧凑的效果，LED灯的两管脚分别焊接于电路板的两侧面。

1.一种新型装饰多彩灯条，由灯槽(1)、电路板(2)、LED灯(3)构成，灯槽采用的是U形截面的铝合金型材，其特征在于，电路板竖插于灯槽中，即电路板是与灯槽的底板垂直的；LED灯的管角焊接在电路板上，电路板与灯槽之间形成的空隙中填充灌封胶(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型装饰多彩灯条，其特征在于，所述的LED灯(3)的两管脚分别焊接于电路板(2)的两侧面。
