背景技术
连续油管压裂完毕后,当从油套环空向地层注入支撑剂时为了避免注液时对连续油管造成冲蚀,此结构的支撑剂导流装置在对地层注入液体时避免连续油管不被冲蚀。目前,支撑剂注入装置结构在注入支撑剂液体时直射连续油管,对连续油管造成了重大的冲蚀,降低了连续油管的使用寿命。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题:提供一种支撑剂导流装置,以解决从油套环空给井内注入支撑剂时液体冲蚀连续油管的问题,以提高连续油管的使用寿命,降低油田设备利用的成本。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案:一种支撑剂导流装置,其特征是具有一个Y形法兰,其上下装有双头螺栓和螺母,Y形法兰的两侧口上通过双头螺栓和螺母与手动平板阀连接,手动平板阀上通过双头螺栓和螺母与锤击由壬连接。 
本实用新型具有的优点和效果:当从油套环空向地层注入支撑剂时为了避免注液时对连续油管造成冲蚀;此结构的支撑剂导流装置在对地层注入液体时避免连续油管不被冲蚀。克服了现有支撑剂注入装 置结构在注入支撑剂液体时直射连续油管的缺陷,对连续油管造成了重大的冲蚀和降低连续油管使用寿命的弊端。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图1描述本实用新型的一种实施例。 
一种支撑剂导流装置,具有Y形法兰1,其上下装有M30X150双头螺栓3和M30螺母7及密封垫环6,Y形法兰1的两侧口上通过M20x105双头螺栓9、M20螺母10和密封垫环8与手动平板阀4连接,手动平板阀4上通过M20x145双头螺栓2、M20螺母10和密封垫环8与2″-1502锤击由壬5连接。 
当通过2″-1502锤击由壬5上的接口向地层注入支撑剂时,支撑剂会顺着Y形法兰1上侧孔的方向顺势而下注入地层,避免了支撑剂液体直接冲蚀连续油管,提高了连续油管的使用寿命。 

Claims (2)

1.一种支撑剂导流装置,其特征是具有一个Y形法兰(1),其上下装有双头螺栓和螺母,Y形法兰 (1)的两侧口上通过双头螺栓和螺母与手动平板阀(4)连接,手动平板阀(4)上通过双头螺栓和螺母与锤击由壬(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述支撑剂导流装置,其特征是在Y形法兰(1)上下还装有密封垫环,同时在Y形法兰 (1)的两侧口上也装有密封垫环。
