本实用新型涉及羽绒产品的检测领域，尤其是羽绒含量检测中羽绒的收集，适用于羽绒及其产品的开发、生产与检测。
背景技术
随着羽绒产品的品种日益繁多，对于羽绒的质量检测、充绒量的分析，均需要对羽绒制品进行再次拆分。在拆分过程中容易造成羽绒乱飞现象，环境受到污染，给检测人员以及检测过程本身都带来了一定的困难。
目前在检测行业，羽绒的分拣、分类工作均是在开放式的条件下进行，由于羽绒质地比较轻，极易乱飞，即使是检测人员呼吸的气体也会造成羽绒乱飞，这不仅污染环境、提高了检测人员的工作强度，而且给羽绒含量的准确检测带来很大的困难。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷本实用新型提出了一种羽绒分拣台，用于羽绒含量检测中羽绒的收集，适用于羽绒及其产品的开发、生产与检测。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种羽绒分拣台，其特征是包括上层分拣箱(1)、分拣平台(2)和羽绒收集口(3)。
所述的上层分拣箱(1)的尺寸为1140mm×640mm×700mm，由铝合金型材框和加固玻璃墙组合制成，上层分拣箱(1)中一面长宽为1140mm×700mm的玻璃(4)可上下升降。
所述的分拣平台(2)的长宽为1200mm×700mm，采用25mm厚的防火板材制成。
所述的羽绒收集口(3)的长宽为200mm×100mm，长度方向上分别距分拣平台(2)左右两端500mm，宽度方向上距升降玻璃(4)150mm。
本实用新型通过上层分拣箱体隔绝外部环境，在检测中不受外部风吹以及人员呼吸气体等外部环境对分拣羽绒的影响。分拣平台是上层分拣箱、羽绒收集器和支架的链接体，同时又是分拣羽绒的平台。羽绒收集口是分拣后的羽绒收集通道，通过该通道可以方便地将剩余的羽绒快速收集到分拣布袋中。

具体实施方式
将上层分拣箱的可升降玻璃上升打开，将空置的羽绒收集袋通过羽绒收集布袋夹持器夹持牢固，被检测样品或准备分拣的羽绒产品放在分拣平台上，降低升降玻璃，留有够双手操作的空间即可，减少羽绒的飞出。准备好分拣分级用的分装瓶，开始分拣工作。对于大宗的羽绒可以直接通过羽绒收集口直接装入羽绒收集布袋。

1.一种羽绒分拣台，其特征是包括上层分拣箱(1)、分拣平台(2)和羽绒收集口(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒分拣台，其特征是所述的上层分拣箱(1)的尺寸为1140mm×640mm×700mm，由铝合金型材框和加固玻璃墙组合制成，上层分拣箱(1)中一面长宽为1140mm×700mm的玻璃(4)可上下升降。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒分拣台，其特征是所述的分拣平台(2)的长宽为1200mm×700mm，采用25mm厚的防火板材制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒分拣台，其特征是所述的羽绒收集口(3)的长宽为200mm×100mm，长度方向上分别距分拣平台(2)左右两端500mm，宽度方向上距升降玻璃(4)150mm。
