背景技术
胶管在各种设备中代替钢管得到广泛应用，但应用前需要把胶管外面胶皮剥掉，把接头锁扣在胶管上，才可以安装使用。胶管剥皮采用手工工作速度慢、胶皮剥不干净，且容易伤到手，大大降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便、安全的简易胶管剥皮装置。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种简易胶管剥皮装置，包括电动机，电动机输出轴前端连接有L型联轴套，联轴套横臂上固定有可随联轴套转动的刀片，联轴套外端连接有定位杆。
所述刀片通过螺丝固定于联轴套上。
所述电动机固定于其下方的支架上。
本实用新型通过电动机的转动带动联轴套上的刀片一起转动，将胶管套装在定位杆上，刀片转动过程中可以顺利的将胶管胶皮剥掉，可以避免人身伤害，本实用新型设计简单、制作容易，操作方便、安全，大大提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种简易胶管剥皮装置，包括电动机2，电动机2固定于其下方的支架1上，电动机2的输出轴前端连接有L型联轴套3，联轴套3的横臂31上通过螺丝6固定有可随联轴套3一起转动的刀片4，联轴套3外端连接有定位杆5，刀片4与定位杆5垂直设置。
使用时，把需要剥皮的胶管套装在定位杆5上，把刀片4调整到合适位置，用螺丝6固定紧，启动电动机2，联轴套3及刀片4随着电动机2转动，把胶管胶皮剥掉，这样设计简单、制作容易，可以很快的把胶管的胶皮剥掉，即安全又提高了工作效率。

1.一种简易胶管剥皮装置，其特征在于，包括电动机，电动机输出轴前端连接有L型联轴套，联轴套横臂上固定有可随联轴套转动的刀片，联轴套外端连接有定位杆。
2.如权利要求1所述的简易胶管剥皮装置，其特征在于，所述刀片通过螺丝固定于联轴套上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的简易胶管剥皮装置，其特征在于，所述电动机固定于其下方的支架上。
