Abstract
本实用新型公开一种多功能健身机构,该健身机构具有一机架,机架顶端两侧分别设有一第一万向轴组及一第二万向轴组,且第一、二万向轴组共同枢设有一底端具踏板的制动单元,其中两侧的第一、二万向轴组分别具有一可让制动单元产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部及一可让制动单元产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部,且前述前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状。借此,使用者踩踏于两侧制动单元的踏板时,通过两侧的第一、二万向轴组的前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部产生前后滑步或左右劈腿运动,且由于前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部的轴线呈同一水平面垂直交错状,故使用者更可以单脚站立、而另一脚抬腿做椭圆旋摆的运动。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种健身设备技术领域,具体而言指一种能提供多样运动型式的多功能健身机构,以能对同一部位产生多种不同的训练效果。
背景技术
按,根据研究持续性的运动可以有效的维持及改善人们的健康与体力,但受到运动场所及可运动时间等减少的影响,使人们的运动量与运动时间也跟着大幅缩短,严重影响到人体的健康与体力,而为了解决因运动量与运动时间减少所引发的健康问题,目前市面上开发有多种可于室内使用的运动训练设备,以供人们于室内进行不同的健身与运动训练功能,如健身机构、滑步机、劈腿机、健身车、跑步机或椭圆轨机等等。而其中小型健身机构则基于其体积小、收纳不占空间等优点,被广泛的应用于一般居家环境或办公场所中,其可经常性的提供少量而多次的运动,达到与密集性地进行长时间运动有一样好的成效;
而现有居家用的中小型健身设备,受限于其体积及结构的简化,通常仅能提供一种运动动作,而针对人体某一部位的某一肌肉进行训练,例如以腿部而言,单纯的滑步机仅能用于大腿肌肉的伸拉训练,而劈腿机则仅能用于腿部内侧肌肉的张展训练,因此如欲产生不同的训练效果就需要增加健身设备的采购,为此业界开发有可同时兼具劈腿与滑步功能的健身设备,如中国台湾专利公告第375953号及公告第492535号等,其均于一机架两侧分设有一摇摆机构,且摇摆机构并具有二组摆臂、二连动件及二组脚踏板,使两侧脚踏板可通过连动件与摆臂产生左右摇动及前后滑移的动作,如此即可供使用者进行劈腿与滑步的运动,达到复合多样的运动功效。
但前者复合式健身设备因结构较为复杂,提高了制造成本,因此其后有业者另行开发一种结构较为简单的漫步与劈腿的复合健身设备,如公告第M383425号。惟该等健身设备仍然仅在运用能前后枢转的枢接座与能左右摆动的枢接座来于产生劈腿与滑步的功能,与前述的专利前案相同,并无法进一步提供新的运动效用,因此未能完全满足使用者求新及求多的实际需求,而有进一步改良的必要。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型乃针对前述劈腿与滑步的复合式健身设备在应用上所面临的问题深入探讨,并借由多年从事相关产业的研发与制造经验,积极寻求解决之道,经不断努力之研究与试作,终于成功的开发出一种多功能健身机构,其能在不增加结构复杂性下,克服前述现有健身设备无法提供新的运动型态所造成的不便与困扰。
本实用新型主要在于提供一种多功能健身机构,借以能使本实用新型的健身机构兼具结构简单及多种运动型态的功效,让使用者在进行腿部训练时,更具有抬腿旋摆的运动,以满足使用者不同运动型态的需求。
本实用新型提供的多功能健身机构,该健身机构至少包含有一机架、两第一万向轴组、两第二万向轴组及两制动单元,其中,
上述机架顶端具有一支撑体;
上述两第一万向轴组分设于上述机架支撑体的两侧前方,该等第一万向轴组至少具有一可让制动单元产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部及一可让制动单元产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部,上述前后旋轴部与上述左右摆轴部呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状;
上述第二万向轴组分设于机架支撑体的两侧后方,该等第二万向轴组至少具有一可让制动单元产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部及一可让制动单元产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部,上述前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状,其中上述第二万向轴组的前后旋轴部与上述第一万向轴组的前后旋轴部相互平行;
上述两制动单元分别设于机架同侧的第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组上,该等制动单元具有与第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组枢座连接的一第一悬杆与一第二悬杆,上述第一悬杆和第二悬杆的顶端分别具有一能与上述第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组的左右摆轴部枢接的枢座,又上述第一悬杆和第二悬杆底端分别具有一接轴部,且上述第一悬杆和第二悬杆的接轴部连接枢设有一向后伸设的基杆,上述基杆上设有一踏板。
优选地,上述机架前端中央具有一向上凸伸的立柱,而上述支撑体设于上述立柱顶端。
优选地,上述支撑体供架设一把手或仪控板。
优选地,该等第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组的前后旋轴部于上述支撑体上设有一轴杆,且该等轴杆上分别套设有一轴套,而上述左右摆轴部于该轴套的周缘形成有相对的凸轴,上述凸轴供制动单元第一悬杆和第二悬杆的枢座枢接。
优选地,该等制动单元的第一悬杆和第二悬杆接轴部两侧中至少一侧枢设有一连片,上述基杆以中段枢设于上述连片末端,上述基杆前端并贴抵于第二悬杆的接轴部底缘,上述踏板能向上折收。
优选地,上述踏板与上述基杆以枢接方式来接设。
借此,通过前述技术手段的展现,本实用新型的健身机构在运动过程中时,使用者可踩踏于两侧制动单元的踏板上,并通过双腿前后滑动,使两侧制动单元能相对第一、二万向轴组的前后旋轴部产生交错的滑步运动,又或通过双腿向外张展,使两侧制动单元能相对第一、二万向轴组的左右摆轴部产生左右的劈腿运动;
再者,由于本实用新型第一、二万向轴组的前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部的轴线呈同一水平面的垂直交错状,故制动单元的踏板可相对第一、二万向轴组产生顺畅的椭圆动作,如此可让使用者单脚站立、而另一脚抬腿做椭圆旋摆的抬腿旋转运动,进一步让腿部各肌肉及关节能同时达到训练目的,并可提供使用者更多样化的运动选择;
更甚着,本实用新型的结构极为简单,却能同时兼具多种不同的运动型态可供选择,以满足使用者的不同需求,从而克服现有者过于单调乏味的问题,并可供训练人体大腿骨的髋关节,进一步增进包括大腿肌肉的伸展与举抬练习,以提高膝关节、髋关节的灵活性和腿、腰部的功能,故能大幅增加产品的附加价值,并提高产品经济效益与竞争力。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本实用新型并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本实用新型的限定。
本实用新型是多功能健身机构,随附图例示的本实用新型健身机构的具体实施例及其构件中,所有关于前与后、左与右、顶部与底部、上部与下部、以及平面与垂直的参考,仅用于方便进行描述,并非限制本实用新型,亦非将其构件限制于任何位置或空间方向。图式与说明书中所指定的尺寸,当可在不离开本实用新型的权利要求范围内,根据本实用新型的具体实施例的设计与需求而进行变化。
本实用新型是一种多功能健身机构,其如图1所示,其至少包含有一机架10、两第一万向轴组20、两第二万向轴组30及两制动单元40,其中两制动单元40分别具有一踏板45,且两制动单元40分别利用同侧的第一万向轴组20与第二万向轴组30枢设于机架10两侧,让使用者进行前后交错的滑步运动与左右张展的劈腿运动与单脚抬腿的旋摆运动;
而关于本实用新型较佳实施例的详细构成,则请同时参看图1~3所示,其中机架10可供整个健身机构平稳立设于地面,又机架10前端中央具有一向上凸伸的立柱11,且立柱11顶端具有一支撑体15,该支撑体15可供架设一把手16或仪控板【图中未示】等;
又该两第一万向轴组20分设于机架10支撑体15的两侧前方,该等第一万向轴组20至少具有一可让制动单元40产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部21及一可让制动单元40产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部25,前述的前后旋轴部21与左右摆轴部25呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状,而本实用新型第一万向轴组20主要实施例的构成,其中该等前后旋轴部21于支撑体15前方设有一轴杆22,并于轴杆22上套设有一轴套23,使轴套23可相对轴杆22产生前后旋摆;而左右摆轴部25于该轴套23的周缘两相对处分别形成有一对应的凸轴26,且前述制动单元40可枢设于凸轴26上,使制动单元40可相对凸轴26产生左右旋摆;
至于前述的第二万向轴组30分设于机架10支撑体15的两侧后方,该等第二万向轴组30至少具有一可配合第一万向轴组20让制动单元40产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部31及一可让制动单元40产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部35,前述的前后旋轴部31与左右摆轴部35呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状,且前后旋轴部31并与前述第一万向轴组20的前后旋轴部21相互平行,而本实用新型第二万向轴组30主要实施例的构成,其中该等前后旋轴部31于支撑体15前方设有一轴杆32,并于轴杆32上套设有一轴套33,使轴套33可相对轴杆32产生前后旋摆;而左右摆轴部35于该轴套33的周缘两相对处分别形成有一对应的凸轴36,且前述制动单元40可枢设于凸轴36上,使制动单元40可相对凸轴36产生左右旋摆;
另两侧的制动单元40分别设于机架10同侧的第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30上,该等制动单元40具有与第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30枢设的一第一悬杆41与一第二悬杆42,第一悬杆41与第二悬杆42的顶端分别具有一能与凸轴26、36枢接的枢座411、421,又第一悬杆41与第二悬杆42底端分别具有一接轴部412、422,且同侧制动单元40的第一悬杆41与第二悬杆42接轴部412、422两侧中至少一侧枢设有一连片43,本实用新型以两侧平行的连片43为主要实施例,又连片43末端枢设有一基杆44中段,该基杆44前端并贴抵于第二悬杆42接轴部422底缘,使基杆44可向后平面凸伸,让基杆44可带动踏板45向上折收,再者前述踏板45设于基杆44上,且该踏板45与基杆44可选择以锁固方式或以枢接方式来接设;
借此,由于第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30的前后旋轴部21、31与左右摆轴部25、35呈同一水平面的垂直交错,故形成一种万向轴模式,使制动单元40除能相对机架10前后滑动与左右张展外,更能产生椭圆旋摆运动,而组构成一具不同运动型态、且结构简单的多功能健身机构。
至于本实用新型于实际运动的使用时,分别具有不同的运动型态,首先可选择进行前后交错的滑步运动时,请配合参看图1、图4所示,使用者以两脚分别站立于本实用新型健身机构两侧制动单元40的踏板45上,且令两脚前后交错滑动,如此可分别带动两侧制动单元40的第一悬杆41、第二悬杆42,由于第第一悬杆41、第二悬杆42利用枢座411、421枢接于同侧的第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30左右摆轴部25、35的凸轴26、36上,故可进一步驱动轴套23、33相对前后旋轴部21、31的轴杆22、32前后旋摆,而令两侧制动单元40的踏板45产生拟似前后滑步的运动型态,使人体的大腿肌肉能获得伸拉的训练。
而当选择进行左右张展的劈腿运动时,则请参照图3、图5所示,使用者以两脚分别站立于本实用新型健身机构两侧制动单元40的踏板45上,且令两脚向两侧张开,如此可分别带动两侧制动单元40的第一悬杆41、第二悬杆42,由于第一悬杆41、第二悬杆42的枢座411、421相对枢接于同侧的第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30的左右摆轴部25、35的凸轴26、36上,故制动单元40可相对左右摆轴部25、35左右旋摆,如此可令两侧制动单元40的踏板45产生拟似向外劈腿的运动型态,使人体大腿的内侧肌肉能获得张展的训练。
再者,使用者进一步可选择进行单脚的抬腿旋摆运动,如图1、图6所示,使用者以两脚分别站立于本实用新型健身机构两侧制动单元40的踏板45上,接着选择其中一脚站立不动,而另一脚向外抬起,并进行椭圆旋转,由于第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30的前后旋轴部21、31与左右摆轴部25、35的轴线呈同一水平面的垂直交错状,而形成一种类似万向轴的效果,故该制动单元40的踏板45可相对同侧的第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30产生顺畅的椭圆动作,进一步让腿部各肌肉及关节能同时达到训练目的,并可提供使用者更多样化的运动选择。
通过前述的设计,本实用新型的健身机构在运动过程中,能利用两侧制动单元40相对第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30的前后旋轴部21、31与左右摆轴部25、35产生交错的滑步运动与向外的劈腿运动,再者由于第一万向轴组20、第二万向轴组30的前后旋轴部21、31与左右摆轴部25、35的轴线呈同一水平面的垂直交错状,故可供单脚站立、而另一脚抬腿做椭圆旋摆的抬腿旋转运动,如此可让本实用新型的健身机构具有不同的运动型态可供选择,以满足使用者的不同需求,而能吸引使用者持续、长时间的运动,有效提升其运动效率,故能大幅增加产品的附加价值,并提高产品经济效益与竞争力。
借此,可以理解到本实用新型为一创意极佳的新型创作,除了有效解决习式者所面临的问题,更大幅增进功效,且在相同的技术领域中未见相同或近似的产品创作或公开使用,同时具有功效的增进。

Claims (6)
1.一种多功能健身机构,其特征在于,该健身机构至少包含有一机架、两第一万向轴组、两第二万向轴组及两制动单元,其中,
所述机架顶端具有一支撑体;
所述两第一万向轴组分设于所述机架支撑体的两侧前方,该等第一万向轴组至少具有一可让制动单元产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部及一可让制动单元产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部,所述前后旋轴部与所述左右摆轴部呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状;
所述第二万向轴组分设于机架支撑体的两侧后方,该等第二万向轴组至少具有一可让制动单元产生前后旋摆的前后旋轴部及一可让制动单元产生左右旋摆的左右摆轴部,所述前后旋轴部与左右摆轴部呈同一水平面、且垂直交错状,其中所述第二万向轴组的前后旋轴部与所述第一万向轴组的前后旋轴部相互平行;
所述两制动单元分别设于机架同侧的第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组上,该等制动单元具有与第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组枢座连接的一第一悬杆与一第二悬杆,所述第一悬杆和第二悬杆的顶端分别具有一与所述第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组的左右摆轴部枢接的枢座,又所述第一悬杆和第二悬杆底端分别具有一接轴部,且所述第一悬杆和第二悬杆的接轴部连接枢设有一向后伸设的基杆,所述基杆上设有一踏板。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能健身机构,其特征在于,所述机架前端中央具有一向上凸伸的立柱,而所述支撑体设于所述立柱顶端。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多功能健身机构,其特征在于,所述支撑体供架设一把手或仪控板。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能健身机构,其特征在于,该等第一万向轴组和第二万向轴组的前后旋轴部于所述支撑体上设有一轴杆,且该等轴杆上分别套设有一轴套,而所述左右摆轴部于该轴套的周缘形成有相对的凸轴,所述凸轴供制动单元第一悬杆和第二悬杆的枢座枢接。
5.如权利要求1所述的多功能健身机构,其特征在于,该等制动单元的第一悬杆和第二悬杆接轴部两侧中至少一侧枢设有一连片,所述基杆以中段枢设于所述连片末端,所述基杆前端并贴抵于第二悬杆的接轴部底缘,所述踏板向上折收。
6.如权利要求1或5所述的多功能健身机构,其特征在于,所述踏板与所述基杆以枢接方式来接设。
