阀插头是提供一头与线束三孔连接器连接，一头与电磁阀、开关阀或比例阀连接产品。传统产品采用压线式和过盈接插式结构，存在密封性差、可靠性差、耐候性差、抗振性差等缺点。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工程机械电磁阀、开关阀、比例阀用阀插头，具有密封性好，达IP67、可靠性好、耐候性强、抗振性好。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下途径实现的：它包括底座、插针、PCB组件、上盖和包胶组合，其中，PCB组件上焊接插针，插针插接在底座的槽孔内，PCB组件上盖有上盖，包胶组合穿过插针后与底座连成一个整体。
本实用新型采用包胶组合，一体式插针，在五金件上使用了保护膜的技术，能够长期抗环境的影响；插针与PCB连接，采用焊接方式，而不是采用过盈接插式，密封性更佳，可以达到IP67，同时，增强了可靠性、耐候性、抗振性能。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括底座1、插针2、PCB组件3、上盖4、包胶组合5，其中，PCB组件3上焊接插针2，此外，PCB组件3上还焊接有发光二极管、稳压管、电阻等电子元件；插针2插接在底座1的槽孔内，PCB组件3上盖有上盖4，包胶组合5穿过插针2后与底座1连成一个整体，从而制成一种车用塑料电气接线盒。
