技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种BIPV太阳电池组件。
背景技术
BIPV即光伏建筑一体化,因身兼建筑材料和光伏性能而在发达国家广泛地应用于窗户玻璃、玻璃幕墙或采光顶等各种建筑上。然而传统的BIPV组件夏季无法阻挡阳光中热能向室内传递,冬季也无法阻挡室内热能的外泄。因此,为解决这一问题,有生产厂家研发了中空结构的BIPV,而中空结构的BIPV,电池片的温度会使中空玻璃空腔内的空气过度膨胀,当夜晚没有日照时,随着电池片温度的降低,腔体内的空气也会降温收缩。这样,中空玻璃始终处于高低温交变的条件下,会使密封材料寿命大大缩减,造成中空玻璃密封失效,甚至玻璃炸裂。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决这一问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足,提供一种结构合理、隔音隔热效果好、辐射小,外形美观的BIPV太阳电池组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种BIPV太阳电池组件,包括由上而下依次安装的超白浮法钢化玻璃、数个平铺排列连接的彩色太阳电池片以及普通钢化玻璃,所述彩色太阳电池片的两面通过EVA固定于超白浮法钢化玻璃与普通钢化玻璃之间,每组彩色太阳电池片之间通过接线盒串相连接,普通钢化玻璃的外表面镀有一层LOW-E膜层。
本实用新型一种BIPV太阳电池组件,在钢化玻璃的外表面镀有一层LOW-E膜层,将传统的双玻层结构调整为低辐射镀膜双玻层结构,在保证双玻组件高强度高透光率的同时,增强了组件的隔音隔热性能,创造了低辐射效应且不增加组件重量,具有冬季阻挡室内热能外泄,夏季阻挡阳光中的热能向室内传递的优点。另外,本实用新型一种BIPV太阳电池组件使用彩色电池片,客户可以根据建筑的外观特征,选择彩色电池片,搭配成不同的风格图案。可以广泛地应用于光伏电站、光伏幕墙、采光顶等建筑,具有良好的应用价值与广阔的市场前景。
本实用新型的优点是:结构合理、隔音隔热效果好、辐射小,外形美观。

如图1和2所示,本实用新型一种BIPV太阳电池组件,包括由上而下依次安装的超白浮法钢化玻璃1、数个平铺排列连接的彩色太阳电池片2以及普通钢化玻璃3,彩色太阳电池片2的两面通过EVA4固定于超白浮法钢化玻璃1与普通钢化玻璃3之间,每组彩色太阳电池片2之间通过接线盒6串相连接,普通钢化玻璃3的外表面镀有一层LOW-E膜层5。本实用新型一种BIPV太阳电池组件,在普通钢化玻璃3的外表面镀有一层LOW-E膜层5,将传统的双玻层结构调整为低辐射镀膜双玻层结构,在保证双玻组件高强度高透光率的同时,增强了组件的隔音隔热性能,创造了低辐射效应且不增加组件重量,具有冬季阻挡室内热能外泄,夏季阻挡阳光中的热能向室内传递的优点。本实用新型BIPV太阳电池组件使用彩色太阳电池片2,客户可以根据建筑的外观特征,选择彩色电池片,搭配成不同的风格图案。
