背景技术
目前，常规蒸发式冷凝器一般能够在使用中实现制冷效率高、能耗低、寿命长，且工程安装方便、占地面积小、费用投资低。但是，这种蒸发式冷凝器耗水量还是比较大，使用时容易结垢，清洗污垢工作量比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种节水防垢型蒸发式冷凝器，克服现有的蒸发式冷凝器耗水量比较大，且使用时容易结垢的不足,能够实现蒸发式冷凝器在使用中节水、防垢。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括蒸发式冷凝器、翅片式换热器,其特征是在蒸发式冷凝器的风机与挡水板之间设有翅片式换热器。
本实用新型的技术效果是：解决了蒸发式冷凝器耗水量比较大，且使用时容易结垢的不足。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，在蒸发式冷凝器1的风机3与挡水板4之间设有翅片式换热器2。使用时高温的制冷剂首先经过翅片式换热器2，与从换热盘管过来的低温湿空气进行大温差热交换，这样提高了整个蒸发式冷凝器的换热效率，同时，这在常规蒸发式冷凝器是向大气中正常排出的风，而在这里得到了充分利用。这样，就可以降低常规蒸发式冷凝器的换热盘管换热量，降低冷却水的使用量，实现节水。另外， 由于高温的制冷剂首先经过翅片式换热器2进行大温差热交换，进入与水接触的换热盘管的制冷剂的温度就比较低，换热盘管就不容易结垢，也就是在使用中可以防止结垢。
