背景技术
目前倒立式盘拉机的外润滑采用钢丝软管输油润滑，由于软管油路过长、管径过细，所以加大了润滑油泵的负荷并且润滑效果不佳，尤其是在低温情况下运转，油质凝结，油路容易堵塞，无法排油润滑，对盘拉机生产的管材质量存在严重的影响。目前，还未有好的解决方案。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种新型的倒立式盘拉机外润滑出油管道，该倒立式盘拉机外润滑出油管道具有缩短油管的拉距，减小了油泵的负荷，能够保证在低温状况下不堵塞，润滑效果明显改善，铜管质量明显提高，满足生产供应需求的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括钢丝软管、管卡和直通管接头，所述的管卡设置在油泵的出口处，所述的钢丝软管与管卡密封连接，所述的直通管接头加装在出油管的末端。
