本实用新型属于建筑模板技术领域，具体是涉及一种塑木复合防水建筑模板。
背景技术
混凝土浇铸时需要大量的模板。钢模板寿命长，但维护成本高；木质浸胶纸面模板生产成本低，但寿命短，一般只能使用3-5次，浪费资源。塑面加强防水模板，以其寿命长、不易变形等特点，得到了广泛应用。申请人已就“塑木建筑模板”申请了中国专利，这种模板的防水塑料面层与芯板是面面相接，防水塑料面层耐撕拉强度不够强，在多次使用后，遇到脱模困难时，模板边缘的防水塑料面层会出现开裂现象。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防水面层与芯板结合紧密，不易开裂的耐用防水建筑模板。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括芯板，设在芯板上、下板面外的防水面层，芯板侧面防水涂层，其结构特点是所述芯板板面设有凹穴，所述防水面层内面与芯板板面紧密相接并设有突入凹穴的突起；所述防水面层为塑料防水层，采用高温挤出压合的方式，在芯板上、下板面各形成一整体连续的塑料外层；所述突起是防水面层成型压合过程中，由热熔塑料嵌入凹穴而成。
优选的是所述的芯板至少为5层胶合木质板材，凹穴深度为1至5毫米。
所述凹穴在芯板板面上呈均匀分布。
采用上述结构后，由于防水面层设有深入芯板的突起，突起是在塑料防水层挤压成形时由热熔塑料挤入凹穴而成，它象根一样与扎入芯板，使防水表层与芯板既面面相接，又相互交联，防水层与芯板结合紧密，反复多次使用，也不会开裂。与单纯面面相接的塑料防水层建筑模版，这种嵌入结合的模板使用寿命进一步延长。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该耐用塑面防水建筑模板包括芯板1，芯板1可采用5-15层压合板或竹胶板，芯板1上、下板面外设有PE或PP材料的的防水面层2，芯板1侧面涂覆有防水涂层5。芯板1板面设有均匀分布的凹穴3，芯板1上、下板面可以同时设有，凹穴3深度为1至5毫米。防水面层2采用高温挤出压合的方式，在芯板1上、下板面各形成一整体连续的塑料外层，防水面层2的内面与芯板1板面紧密相接并设有突入凹穴3的突起4，突起4是防水面层2成形过程中，由热熔塑料嵌入凹穴3后冷却而成。

1.一种耐用塑面防水建筑模板，包括芯板（1），设在芯板（1）上、下板面外的防水面层（2），芯板（1）侧面防水涂层（5），其特征是所述芯板（1）板面设有凹穴（3），所述防水面层（2）内面与芯板（1）板面紧密相接并设有突入凹穴（3）的突起（4）；所述防水面层（2）为塑料防水层，采用高温挤出压合的方式，在芯板（1）上、下板面各形成一整体连续的塑料外层；所述突起（4）是防水面层（2）成型压合过程中，由热熔塑料嵌入凹穴（3）而成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的耐用塑面防水建筑模板，其特征是所述的芯板（1）至少为5层胶合木质板材，凹穴（3）深度为1至5毫米。
3.按照权利要求1所述的耐用塑面防水建筑模板，其特征是所述凹穴（3）在芯板（1）板面上呈均匀分布。
