本实用新型涉及一种预制降水井。
背景技术
在建筑基坑施工过程中，经常遇到地下水丰富、地下水位较高，需进行降水施工等情况。传统的降水方法降水效果差，施工不方便。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种预制降水井，它不仅施工方便、经久耐用、降水效果好，而且能够消除降水过程中的流砂现象。
本实用新型技术方案是这样构成的，一种预制降水井，其特征在于：它包括顶部和底部均设有开口的管体以及包覆于管体的管壁外部和管体底部的过滤网，管体的管壁上分布有多个进水孔。
本实用新型上述技术方案中，所述管体的上部呈口径由上至下逐渐减小的碗口状，所述管体的下部呈直筒状，所述进水孔设于管体的直筒状管壁上，所述过滤网包覆于管体的直筒状管壁外部和管体底部。
所述管体整体为混凝土预制管，管体的下部埋设于降水部位内且外部填充有滤水装置。
本实用新型上述技术方案的工作原理说明如下：降水施工时，将本实用新型所述的预制降水井的下部埋入需降水部位，在预制降水井外填上过滤装置(如鹅卵石滤水层)即可。降水部位外部的水通过过滤装置过滤渗透，通过过滤网进一步过滤，最后进入预制降水井的管体内，施工人员通过抽水装置将管体内的水不断抽走即可对降水部位实现降水。
较之现有技术而言，本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型所述的预制降水井不仅施工方便、经久耐用、降水效果好，而且能够消除降水过程中的流砂现象。

下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型内容进行详细说明：
如图1和图2所示为本实用新型提供的一种预制降水井，其特征在于：它包括顶部和底部均设有开口的管体以及包覆于管体的管壁外部和管体底部的过滤网2，管体的管壁上分布有多个进水孔3。管体直径可根据降水量确定，一般800～1000mm左右。
所述管体的上部1-1呈口径由上至下逐渐减小的碗口状，所述管体的下部1-2呈直筒状，所述进水孔3设于管体的直筒状管壁上，所述过滤网2包覆于管体的直筒状管壁外部和管体底部。
所述管体整体为混凝土预制管，管体的下部1-2埋设于降水部位5内且外部填充有滤水装置4，所述滤水装置4可由鹅卵石构成。
所述过滤网2可由双层20目左右的钢丝网构成。

1.一种预制降水井，其特征在于：它包括顶部和底部均设有开口的管体以及包覆于管体的管壁外部和管体底部的过滤网(2)，管体的管壁上分布有多个进水孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预制降水井，其特征在于：所述管体的上部(1-1)呈口径由上至下逐渐减小的碗口状，所述管体的下部(1-2)呈直筒状，所述进水孔(3)设于管体的直筒状管壁上，所述过滤网(2)包覆于管体的直筒状管壁外部和管体底部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的预制降水井，其特征在于：所述管体整体为混凝土预制管，管体的下部(1-2)埋设于降水部位(5)内且外部填充有滤水装置(4)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的预制降水井，其特征在于：所述过滤网(2)由双层钢丝网构成。
