Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种小块现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，采用钢模板2进行小格划分，钢模板2高度应与设计水泥路面等高，或者稍低5～10毫米；架好钢模板2之后倾倒三分之一的水泥混凝土覆盖底层并铺平，然后在各小格四个角的安放角隅钢筋3，通过角隅钢筋3对小块混凝土路面进行补强，接着继续倾倒三分之一的水泥混凝土，铺平后在各小格四个角的安放角隅钢筋3，最后倾倒剩下的混凝土，待混凝土被振捣至密实度要求后，提浆抹平，进行养生；混凝土强度达到设计强度50％时，拆除钢模板2留下有模板缝的小格划分的水泥混凝土路面块1；最后采用乳化沥青4填实模板缝得到小块现浇水泥混凝土路面结构。

本实用新型涉及一种小块现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，是采用模板小格划分的现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，属道路路面领域。
背景技术
水泥混凝土路面小块化技术是指水泥混凝土路面在尺寸变小的同时在相同荷载作用下的应力随着变小，从而增强结构承载能力，抑制裂缝开展的一项技术。
水泥混凝土路面是指以水泥混凝土为主要材料做面层的路面，是我国常见的路面结构之一，有着经济，耐久，环保等特点。小块化是改善水泥混凝土路面比较有效的技术，其缺点是平整度难以控制，整体性差。
本实用新型提出一种采取小格划分的现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，具有造价便宜，受力合理，安全可靠，后期维护、更换方便的特点。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提出新的水泥混凝土路面结构，使路面造价便宜，受力合理，安全可靠以及有效控制平整度。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：采用钢模板小格划分的现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，其组成包括：小格划分的水泥混凝土路面块、角隅钢筋、乳化沥青。
本实用新型取得的技术进步是：可以提高水泥混凝土路面等级，造价便宜，维护、更换方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明：
针对如图1所示的小块现浇水泥混凝土路面结构，采用钢模板2进行小格划分，钢模板2高度应与设计水泥路面等高，或者稍低5～10毫米；架好钢模板2之后倾倒三分之一的水泥混凝土覆盖底层并铺平，然后在各小格四个角的安放角隅钢筋3，通过角隅钢筋3对小块混凝土路面进行补强，接着继续倾倒三分之一的水泥混凝土，铺平后在各小格四个角的安放角隅钢筋3，最后倾倒剩下的混凝土，待混凝土被振捣至密实度要求后，提浆抹平，进行养生；混凝土强度达到设计强度50％时，拆除钢模板2留下有模板缝的小格划分的水泥混凝土路面块1；最后采用乳化沥青4填实模板缝得到小块现浇水泥混凝土路面结构。
