背景技术
目前菜刀的结构包括刀片和刀把手柄，刀片与刀把手柄固定连接，刀片上设有刀刃部，刀刃部的下边缘即为刀刃。在使用现有的菜刀时，由于施力点离切口较远，在使用现有刀把的菜刀时，切削方向不容易控制，容易跑偏，而且费力。特别是切粘、韧、硬的食材时，费力难切，尤其是手劲较小的老人和妇女等人群，目前的刀把是好握，切削方向却不容易控制，切削不轻松，不好切。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种切削方向容易控制、切削轻松的菜刀。
本实用新型的技术方案是，提供一种省力的无刀把菜刀，包括刀体和握柄，其特征在于：菜刀刀体是一块整体的金属质板材，在刀体右上部加工有一个握刀孔，在握刀孔上部与刀体所形成的边上装有握柄。
作为优选例刀体上的握刀孔长≥100mm，宽b≥40mm。
作为优选例刀体上的握柄长a≥110mm，宽c≥20mm。
上述结构中握刀孔的加工位置，是根据菜刀的大小及形状，并在保证握刀孔与刀体形成的边的宽度≥5mm的基础上决定的，同时还要保障在安装握柄后，握刀孔的宽度还要保障在孔的宽度≥40mm。握柄是通过铆接、或焊接、或粘接与刀体连接，或着直接在刀体上浇铸、注塑成握柄形状。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：因为所述菜刀没有一个向刀体一侧方向延伸出的刀把延伸部，这样，使用者在握紧握柄施力时，切削的施力点更靠近切口或者就在切口上方，所以本实用新型具有切削方向容易控制、切削轻松的优点。采用上述结构后，本实用新型与现有技术相比，还具有以下优点：去掉了菜刀刀体支把的加工，简化了菜刀的加工，降低了生产成本，更有利于本实用新型的实施。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。如图2所示为现有技术菜刀的结构示意图，它包括刀体1和刃口2，挂孔3。刀把6通过铆钉固定连接在刀体1的支把上。
本实用新型菜刀与现有技术的区别在于，所述握柄4在刀体1上，连为一个整体。将一块整体的金属质板材制作为菜刀刀体1，在刀体1右上部距离上边20mm，垂直边10mm处加工有一个握刀孔5，刀体1上的握刀孔5长＝110mm，宽b＝70mm；在握刀孔5上部与刀体1所形成的边上粘接上握柄4，握柄4长a＝120mm，宽c＝30mm。
说明：该实用新型可以同任何材质和形状的握柄连接，刀形也可做相似的技术变形，只要有握刀孔形状与本实用新型相同或相似，都在本实用新型的保护范围内。
