背景技术
偏心镗削动力头的套筒在加工工件时承受较大的力，如果不对套筒进行可靠锁紧，套筒在加工时就会移动，套筒移动会破坏工件的加工精度，造成工件尺寸超差，超差过大工件就会报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用方便快速，压紧可靠，保证加工精度的偏心镗削动力头套筒锁紧装置。
本实用新型的技术方案在于：装于箱体上的锁紧装置包括螺盖、螺杆、销紧块；螺盖装于箱体；螺杆装于螺盖内；螺杆下端装有用于压紧套筒的销紧块。
当使用偏心镗削动力头时，先拧紧螺杆，当拧螺杆后销紧块压紧套筒，从而使套筒在加工工件时不会移动，保证了加工精度。本实用新型使偏心镗削动力头的套筒在工作时平稳可靠，保证了工件的加工精度，使工件不会超差。

具体实施方式
图1中，锁紧装置1装在箱体6上。锁紧装置1是由螺杆5、螺盖4、销紧块3组成。螺盖4装于箱体6。螺杆5装于螺盖4内，螺杆5尾部装在销紧块3内。销紧块3压在套筒2上。当使用偏心镗削动力头时，先拧紧螺杆5，当拧螺杆5后销紧块3压紧套筒2，从而使套筒2在加工工件时不会移动，保证了加工精度。
图2中，锁紧装置1装在箱体6上。锁紧装置1不局限于图中所示的四个，也可以是二个或者是六个。

1.一种偏心镗削动力头套筒锁紧装置，其特征在于：装于箱体（6）上的锁紧装置（1）包括螺盖（4）、螺杆（5）、销紧块（3）；螺盖（4）装于箱体（6）；螺杆（5）装于螺盖（4）内；螺杆（5）下端装有用于压紧套筒（2）的销紧块（3）。
