背景技术
在龙门式埋弧焊焊接过程中，焊剂作为焊缝形成过程中的保护性辅助材料，只有小部分在焊接过程中形成了焊渣，其余部分则通过焊剂回收装置进行回收再利用，一是可以降低生产成本，二是降低焊剂的粉尘危害。多余焊剂经过回收设备回流至焊剂回收箱循环使用，在回收过程中焊剂中会夹带空气中的灰尘及杂质，如果不经过过滤直接进行二次利用，则会影响焊接的效果。

针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种有效过滤回收焊剂中灰尘及杂质的装置，即龙门焊焊剂回收箱过滤装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
龙门焊焊剂回收箱过滤装置，设置于焊剂回收箱中，所述过滤装置为过滤网。
所述过滤网设置于焊剂回收箱进料口下方，且覆盖整个焊剂回收箱截面。
所述过滤网为过滤棉层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的龙门焊焊剂回收箱过滤装置，其特征在于所述过滤网设置于焊剂回收箱进料口下方，且覆盖整个焊剂回收箱截面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的龙门焊焊剂回收箱过滤装置，其特征在于所述过滤网为过滤棉层。
