为克服上述缺点,本实用新型的目的是设计一种刹车片冲孔模具,本实用新型的技术方案是一利刹车片冲孔模具为上下金属模板组成,所述冲孔模具,所述上模板设有一第一主体、所述第一主体上设有一个或一个以上固定的圆形凸块,所述下模板设有一第二主体,所述第二主体上设有一个或一个以上的孔洞,所述第二主体上还设有两个定位凸块,所述圆形凸块与所述孔洞相匹配。 
进一步,所述定位凸块为圆形、方形或椭圆形的结构。

一种用于制作汽车刹车片冲孔的模具,所述冲孔模具为上下金属模板组成,所述上模板设有一第一主体1.1、所述第一主体1.1上设有一个或一个以上固定的圆形凸块1.2,所述凸块1.2用于将初开模的刹车片3冲出圆孔,所述下模板设有一第二主体2.1,所述第二主体2.1上设有一个或一个以上的孔洞2.2,所述第二主体2.1上还设有两个定位凸块2.3,所述定位凸块2.3用于将初开模的刹车片3在进行冲孔工序时精准的定好其位置且在冲孔时不会产生晃动,而影响其位置的固定。 
使用本实施例时,首先将经过开模的刹车片3放置于冲孔模具的下模板的第二主体2.1上,并用所述定位凸块2.3固定其刹车片3的位置,然后经过冲压机的上模板,将其刹车片3经过冲压成型而完成冲孔工序,从而使刹车片3的冲孔更加精准。 
本实施例中,定位凸块2.3可为圆形、方形或椭圆形的结构;圆形凸块和定位凸块为固定结构。 
综上所述实施例不过是本实用新型的优选最佳实施方案,不可理解为对本实用新型的保护范围限定,对于该领域的技术工作人员根据本实施例所做的不超出本实用新型技术方案的调整和改动,应该认为落在本实用新型的保护范围内。
