软包锂电池是在原有钢壳、铝壳、塑壳电池的基础上发展起来的第三代动力锂电池,以其更轻、更薄、循环寿命长、安全性能好、能量密度高、放电平台稳定、功率性能出色、环保无污染等优势,而广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车、电动工具、电动玩具、太阳能光伏发电系统、风力发电系统、移动通讯基站、大型服务器备用UPS电源、应急照明、便携移动电源及矿山安全设备等多种领域。
在软包锂电池的生产过程中,需要往气袋内注入电解液,注液后再对气袋进行封口处理。目前,一般采用人工方式进行封口处理,不但生产效率低下,封口质量也较差,严重影响产品质量。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种封口装置,既可提高生产效率,又可提高封口质量和产品质量。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种封口装置,它包括封口机架,它还包括第三升降气缸、封口空腔体、封头和封头驱动气缸;所述第三升降气缸固设于所述封口机架,第三升降气缸连接所述封口空腔体,所述封头设置于封口空腔体内,所述封头驱动气缸连接所述封头。
