背景技术
目前在市场上应用的塑料门窗均采用在塑料型材内腔放置增强型钢来起到增强作用。由于国内建筑行业的不断发展,塑料门窗的需求每年保持在10-15%的增长。目前总的产量约3亿平米/年,同时消耗钢材超过100万吨/年。 
从钢材的导热性能和资源的消耗都直接触动我国节能政策的脉搏,所以,提高型材的热阻能力,降低国有资源的消耗是本实用新型的宗旨。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有更高的耐寒性能、保温性能和更高强度、更高的冲击韧性的塑料门窗用型材。本实用新型的技术方案:一种聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯碳纤维聚氯乙烯复合型材,聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材的各个型腔的插槽内均安装固定聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁。 
本实用新型聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维-聚氯乙烯(PBT-CF-PVC)复合型材的结构特点是将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯- 碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁在聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材型腔内共同挤出,复合成型。利用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁的特性替代增强型钢,实现塑料门窗无增强型钢安装,可使门窗企业省略安装增强型钢工艺流程,提高生产效率,降低工艺成本。另外,对型材重量的降低可达到20-30%,对材料成本的降低可达到30%。我国每年约有20多亿平米的房屋建筑工程,对塑料门窗的需求在不断增长,而对钢材的消耗也将有所控制,所以,本实用新型是一项利国利民的极好措施。 
PBT学名为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,是半结晶型热塑性工程塑料。熔点为225~235℃,相对密度1.31~1.55,具有非常好的化学稳定性、机械强度、电绝缘特性、热稳定性和耐燃、耐气候性能,在经过碳纤维(CF)增强后,其抗拉强度和抗拉弹性模量均高于钢材,与聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材复合后可具有以下特点: 
1、保温性能提高: 
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维-聚氯乙烯(PBT-CF-PVC)复合型材传热系数K=1.0-1.1W/℃.K; 
聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材(含型钢)传热系数K=1.7-1.9W/℃.K; 
2、高强度、高冲击韧性:在-40℃~80℃都具有很高的强度和冲击韧性; 
3、低热膨胀系数:在80℃以下几乎没有蠕变,在潮湿、低温情况下无膨胀及收缩; 
4、优秀的抗腐蚀与辐射性能; 
5、比重轻:聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强材料与聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材比重相同; 
6、可与聚氯乙烯(PVC)同时焊接; 
7、可挤出加工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯碳纤维聚氯乙烯复合型材,聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材1的各个型腔的插槽内均安装固定聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁2。本实用新型是将聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁2在聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材1的型腔内共同挤出,复合成型。利用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-碳纤维(PBT-CF)高增强工程塑料支承壁2的特性替代增强型钢,实现塑料门窗无增强型钢安装。
