技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种型材结构，尤其涉及一种铝塑型材的复合结构。
背景技术
随着各地对于门窗保温性能要求标准化的出台，塑钢门窗凭借其优良的保温性能，将再一次受到门窗行业大范围的推广。但是，纯塑钢门窗，由于塑钢本身材质的因素，其耐候性、抗紫外线性、抗氧化性较差，长期暴露在室外侧，受环境因素的影响，容易造成型材的损害，进而影响门窗整体结构和性能。
本申请人之前公开过一种铝塑复合门窗型材的发明专利，公布号为CN 103216176 A，此专利中通过铝合金薄型材两端的卡勾将铝合金薄型材固定在PVC型材的室外侧，以此达到提高门窗型材的气密性、水密性等性能，但是该专利中的复合型材在生产过程中对铝合金薄型材和PVC型材的尺寸精度要求较高，否则后期安装时，会造成型材结合不紧密或者型材无法扣合的情况，影响了生产加工的效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种连接牢度更强，安装更加便捷的铝塑型材的复合结构。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种铝塑型材的复合结构，包括铝型材、连接件和塑钢型材，所述连接件通过螺钉固定在塑钢型材的室外侧，所述塑钢型材的一端为斜面，所述的连接件的室外侧设有凸缘，所述铝型材包括凸起面和斜坡面，所述斜坡面与塑钢型材一端的斜面斜贴合，所述凸起面的室内侧设有卡勾，所述铝型材与塑钢型材通过凸缘与卡勾的配合相固定。
作为优选方案：所述塑钢型材设有多个腔体，在中间的腔体中安装有固定钢衬。多个腔体可以加强型材整体的保温隔热性能，且使用固定钢衬还提高了型材整体的强度，使得型材不易变形。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：铝塑之间通过连接件连接，增加了铝塑连接的便利性和牢固度。

如图1所示的一种铝塑型材的复合结构，包括铝型材1、连接件2和塑钢型材3，所述连接件2通过螺钉固定在塑钢型材3的室外侧，所述塑钢型材3的一端为斜面，所述的连接件2的室外侧设有凸缘21，所述铝型材1包括凸起面11和斜坡面12，所述斜坡面12与塑钢型材3一端的斜面斜贴合，所述凸起面11的室内侧设有卡勾13，所述铝型材1与塑钢型材3通过凸缘21与卡勾13的配合相固定。所述塑钢型材3设有多个腔体，在中间的腔体中安装有固定钢衬4。

1.一种铝塑型材的复合结构，其特征在于：包括铝型材（1）、连接件（2）和塑钢型材（3），所述连接件（2）通过螺钉固定在塑钢型材（3）的室外侧，所述塑钢型材（3）的一端为斜面，所述的连接件（2）的室外侧设有凸缘（21），所述铝型材（1）包括凸起面（11）和斜坡面（12），所述斜坡面（12）与塑钢型材（3）一端的斜面斜贴合，所述凸起面（11）的室内侧设有卡勾（13），所述铝型材（1）与塑钢型材（3）通过凸缘（21）与卡勾（13）的配合相固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑型材的复合结构，其特征在于：所述塑钢型材（3）设有多个腔体，在中间的腔体中安装有固定钢衬（4）。
