背景技术
目前,建筑门窗和幕墙用型材的主要材料包括有塑料型材、铝合金型材、铝木复合型材等。塑料型材的优点是导热系数低,缺点是耐候性差、强度低,因此用塑料型材制作的门窗使用寿命很短;铝合金型材的优点是强度高、易成型,缺点是导热系数高;铝木复合型材的优点是强度高、导热系数低,且具有良好的装饰效果,但因大量使用到实木,而木材的利用率较低,容易造成资源的浪费,普遍推广后致使森林砍伐严重,破坏森林资源,有悖于目前的环保要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种强度高、隔热性能好、节能环保、使用寿命长的木塑铝复合门窗框型材。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的木塑铝复合门窗框型材,由室外侧铝型材和室内侧木塑型材连接而成,所述铝型材是隔热铝型材,包括内框、外框、以及连接在内、外框之间的两个I型隔热条。
本实用新型通过将隔热铝型材与木塑型材进行结合,保证门窗框型材强度和使用寿命的同时,还能有效地降低导热系数,利用木塑型材代替传统的实木型材,更利于节能环保,而且不会影响装饰效果。

参阅图1所示,本实用新型木塑铝复合门窗框型材,是一种制作门窗的框料型材,由室外侧铝型材1和室内侧木塑型材2连接而成,其中木塑型材2是由聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯与木质粉料按一定比例混合后经热挤压成型的型材。
所述铝型材1是隔热铝型材,包括内框11、外框12、以及连接在内、外框之间的两个I型隔热条13。所述内框11上设有一对卡爪14,木塑型材2的左、右两侧壁上各设有一个卡槽21,所述卡爪14对应扣入木塑型材2的卡槽21内,将铝型材1与木塑型材2连接在一起。所述外框12上设有用于装配图2所示密封条3的密封槽15。

1.一种木塑铝复合门窗框型材,由室外侧铝型材和室内侧木塑型材连接而成,其特征在于:所述铝型材是隔热铝型材,包括内框、外框、以及连接在内、外框之间的两个I型隔热条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木塑铝复合门窗框型材,其特征在于:所述内框上设有一对卡爪,木塑型材的左、右两侧壁上各设有一个卡槽,所述卡爪对应扣入木塑型材的卡槽内,将铝型材与木塑型材连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木塑铝复合门窗框型材,其特征在于:所述外框上设有用于装配密封条的密封槽。
