一种简易涂布线棒加装装置，由光辊、线棒、厚度调节装置和涂布产品组成，在现有的光辊上方或前方的两侧机台上安装一个可固定轴承的卡位，此卡位的位置是根据光辊的方位和被涂布产品的走向来确定的。此卡位为气动或手动，当生产只需要用光辊涂布产品的时候，可以将线棒向上方或后方调整，使其不接触涂布产品，此时的涂布工作由光辊来完成。反之，当需要精密涂布时(即光辊达不到厚度要求时)将其向下方或前方调整，使其接触被涂产品表面，此时的涂布工作由线棒来完成。但是必须可以上下方向或前后方向进行位移调整。

本实用新型涉及一种涂布线棒装置，特别指的是一种简易涂布线棒加装装置。
背景技术
通常涂布头的上胶方式只能是光辊上胶和线棒上胶两种，而这两种上胶设备又不能同时装备，光辊的上胶速度比线棒快，光辊的上胶量没有线棒的涂布上胶量均匀和精确，因此在生产涂布厚度不相同的产品时，需要做两个完全不同的涂布头，或增购其专用机器，这样无意间就增大了公司的运营成本。
为了解决以上技术中存在的问题，本实用新型作出了以下技术解决方案。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型由光辊1、线棒2、线棒加装装置3和涂布产品4组成。在现有的光辊上方或前方的两侧机台上安装一个可固定轴承的卡位，线棒加装装置就安装在这个卡位上，这个卡位的位置是根据光辊的方位和被涂布产品的走向来确定的。此卡位为气动或手动，当生产只需要用光辊涂布产品的时候，可以将线棒向上方或后方调整，使其不接触涂布产品，此时的涂布工作由光辊来完成。反之，当需要精密涂布时(即光辊达不到厚度要求时)将其向下方或前方调整，使其接触被涂产品表面，此时的涂布工作由线棒来完成。线棒可以上下方向或前后方向进行位移调整。为了保证涂布的精度，固定线棒加装装置的轴承卡位必须可以将轴承牢牢的固定在机台上面，机器工作时不可以有超过0.5mm以上的移动偏位。将要使用的线棒加装装置固定在轴承上之后，再将其安装到卡位。为了方便机台的清洗和线棒的更换，卡位设计成活动扣，方便线棒拆装。为了在涂布过程中剩余的胶水可以在0.5秒至5秒之内流回到涂胶处，让溶剂挥发的时间减短，保证胶水的固含量，将线棒加装装置距光辊的距离设定在20mm至200mm以内。
本实用新型的有益效果是在不更换大型涂布设备或涂布头不用重新定制的情况下，不但可以生产出厚度均匀、精度达标的涂布产品，而且简化了生产设备，只需要在现有的设备基础上安置一条可调动的涂布线棒，既可以解决涂布精度问题，又可以生产多种涂布厚度或粘度不同的产品，使公司成本降到最低，同时使机器利用率达到最高。

如图1，本实用新型由光辊1、线棒2、线棒加装装置3和涂布产品4组成。在现有的光辊1上方或前方的两侧机台上安装一个可固定轴承的卡位，此卡位的位置是根据光辊1的方位和被涂布产品4的走向来确定的。此卡位为气动或手动，当生产只需要用光辊1涂布产品的时候，可以将线棒2向上方或后方调整，使其不接触涂布产品，此时的涂布工作由光辊1来完成。反之，当需要精密涂布时，由于光辊达不到厚度要求，将线棒加装装置3向下方或前方调整，使其接触被涂产品表面，此时的涂布工作由线棒加装装置3来完成。但是必须可以上下方向或前后方向进行位移调整。

1.一种简易涂布线棒加装装置，由光辊、线棒、线棒加装装置和涂布产品组成，其特征是在现有的光辊上方或前方的两侧机台上安装一个可固定轴承的卡位，线棒加装装置就安装在这个卡位上。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种简易涂布线棒加装装置，其特征是线棒可以上下方向或前后方向进行位移调整。
