本实用新型涉及折叠式真空隔热板。
背景技术
真空隔热板由于能有效地避免空气对流传热,因此导热系数很低,是一种高效保温材料。通过最大限度提高内部真空度来隔绝热传导,达到保温、节能的目的。中国专利申请号是 200610021567.2的发明专利申请公开了一种真空隔热板及制造方法,这种真空隔热板采用耐温隔热纤维材料作为芯材,再放入可吸附水分、吸附氧气、吸附氮气及其它小分子气体的吸气剂混合而成的吸附剂,容纳上述芯材和吸附剂的包装袋中并对其内部抽真空且密封而成的。中国专利号是200920082835.0(授权公告号是201599534U)的实用新型公开了一种超薄多层复合真空隔热板,由三种材料构成,这三种材料为铝塑复合袋、吸气剂和芯材,是将多层芯材与吸气剂烘干并放入铝塑复合袋中抽真空封装而得。目前的真空隔热板均为平板状,对于箱体,需要至少3块真空隔热板,真空隔热板之间需要连接,是依靠芯材外部的铝塑复合膜袋连接而成,所以存在多条接缝,接缝处会因热桥效应而泄热,影响保温效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种减少接缝的折叠式真空隔热板。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:
本实用新型提出的折叠式真空隔热板,包括芯材和铝塑复合膜袋,所述芯材至少为两块,芯材处于铝塑复合膜袋内且相邻芯材之间具有间距,铝塑复合膜袋内为真空。
所述芯材为矩形、三角形、等腰梯形或方形。
本实用新型的真空隔热板将多块芯材放入同一铝塑复合袋中,即多块芯材在同一真空腔中,芯材之间具有间隙,使真空隔热板可以折叠,改变了过去多折状的真空隔热板需要多块真空隔热板连接而成,由于减少了接缝,从而减少了泄热,增强了保温效果。在用料上因减少接缝而省料。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1是包括芯材1和铝塑复合膜袋2,芯材1可以是超细玻璃纤维板或二氧化硅粉制成的板。所述芯材1至少为两块,芯材1处于铝塑复合膜袋2内且相邻芯材1之间具有间距,铝塑复合膜袋2内为真空。芯材1为矩形、三角形、等腰梯形或方形。
上述真空隔热板的制造采用通常的真空隔热板制造方法,采取把至少两块芯材1处于一端或两端开口的铝塑复合膜袋2内,形成半成品;把半成品放入真空热封机的真空腔中,待抽真空到设定值,对铝塑复合膜袋进行封口即成。上述真空隔热板由于是多块芯材,经抽真空后,两芯材之间的两层铝塑复合膜非常接近,形成可折部。把上述的真空隔热板两端连接在一起,则形成闭合的箱体。
  当芯材采用矩形或方形,可加工成方柱箱或棱柱箱。当芯材采用三角形,可加工成棱锥箱。当芯材采用等腰梯形,可加工成棱台箱。

1.一种折叠式真空隔热板,包括芯材(1)和铝塑复合膜袋(2),其特征在于:所述芯材(1)至少为两块,芯材(1)处于铝塑复合膜袋(2)内且相邻芯材(1)之间具有间距,铝塑复合膜袋内为真空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折叠式真空隔热板,其特征在于:芯材(1)为矩形、三角形、等腰梯形或方形。
