Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED筒灯中LED模块与驱动器的连接结构,包括驱动器与LED模块,在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上沿周向均布有多个弧形槽,在LED模块顶端对应设有多个卡边,所述的弧形槽由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄,所述的卡边卡入弧形槽内。安装时,将LED模块顶端的卡边插入弧形槽较宽的一端内,然后旋转LED模块,使卡边转到弧形槽最窄的一端使LED借助卡边卡在安装座上即可实现LED模块与驱动器的连接;拆卸时,反方向旋转即可。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种组装式LED筒灯,特别涉及一种LED筒灯中LED模块与驱动器的连接结构。
背景技术
目前,大多数室内LED照明筒灯都是一体化设计,当灯具的LED灯珠或驱动器失效时,或会使整灯报废或整灯拆下送原生产厂商返修。
整灯报废会浪费社会能源,同时增加消费者支出成本;而整灯拆下送原生产厂商返修,费时费力,产生的相关费用也很高,消费者无法承受。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了上述现有技术中的不足,提供了一种简单明了,在发生故障时不需任何工具,就可将LED模块、驱动器等易损部件取下进行维修或更换的LED筒灯。
本实用新型的技术方案为组装式LED筒灯中的一部分发明内容,组装式LED筒灯的技术方案具体是这样实现的:
一种组装式LED筒灯,包括灯架,驱动器,LED模块和反射罩,所述的灯架包括反射罩座和设置在反射罩座上的支架,在反射罩座上开有安装孔,所述的驱动器通过弹片卡接机构与支架相连,所述的LED模块与驱动器为可拆卸连接,所述的反射罩与反射罩座为可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述的弹片卡接机构包括设置在驱动器两端的两个弹片,所述弹片的下端向外翻折形成能够顶压支架的凸起,所述的支架包括两个侧边和连接两侧边顶端的顶边,在侧边内侧设有凹槽或通孔,所述的凸起卡接在凹槽或通孔内。驱动器借助两个弹片卡在支架内,防止掉落。
作为优选,在弹片的下端还向下延伸有用于捏持并使凸起脱离凹槽或通孔的捏持片。当需要将驱动器取下时,用手捏住捏持片并合拢以克服弹片的弹力,使弹片的凸起脱离凹槽或通孔,即可将驱动器从支架上取下。
作为优选,LED模块与驱动器之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上沿周向均布有多个弧形槽,在LED模块顶端对应设有多个卡边,所述的弧形槽由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄,所述的卡边卡入弧形槽内。安装时,将LED模块顶端的卡边插入弧形槽较宽的一端内,然后旋转LED模块,使卡边转到弧形槽最窄的一端使LED借助卡边卡在安装座上即可实现LED模块与驱动器的连接。
为了方便定位,作为优选,在LED模块上端中央设有一圆柱形凸起,在安装座中间对应设有圆孔,所述的圆柱形凸起插设在圆孔内。
作为优选,LED模块与驱动器之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上设有螺孔,在LED模块顶端设有螺杆,所述的螺杆与安装座螺纹连接。安装时,只需将螺杆旋入螺孔即可。
作为优选,反射罩与反射罩座之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片,弹性片的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与反射罩座的上周缘相抵。
作为优选,反射罩与反射罩座之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩下端套有一圆环,在反射罩下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片,弹性片的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与圆环上周缘相抵,所述的圆环与反射罩座活动连接。
作为优选,所述的圆环与反射罩座为螺纹连接。
作为优选,在圆环的外侧面上设有弧形凸起,在反射罩座的安装孔内侧设有在竖直方向上止挡弧形凸起的凸块,圆环旋拧在反射罩座的安装孔内,弧形凸起与凸块相抵。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型的原理及有益效果是:
本实用新型筒灯的灯架,驱动器,LED模块和反射罩均为独立的分离式组件,通过扣位式拼接结构组合在一起形成筒灯,便于用户维修及更换易损组件,为生产厂商大批量生产和提供售后服务提供了保证与便利。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式如下:
实施例1:一种组装式LED筒灯,如图1所示,包括灯架1,驱动器2,LED模块3和反射罩4,所述的灯架1包括反射罩座5和设置在反射罩座5上的支架6,在反射罩座5上开有安装孔7,所述的驱动器2通过弹片卡接机构与支架6相连,所述的LED模块3与驱动器2为可拆卸连接,所述的反射罩4与反射罩座5为可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图1、图2、图4所示,所述的弹片卡接机构包括设置在驱动器2两端的两个弹片8,弹片8的上端与驱动器2铆接,弹片8的下端向外翻折形成能够顶压支架的凸起9,所述的支架6包括两个侧边10和连接两侧边10顶端的顶边11,在侧边10内侧设有通孔12,所述的凸起9卡接在通孔12内。为了便于驱动器2的拆卸与安装,在弹片8的下端还向下延伸有用于捏持弹片并使凸起9脱离通孔12的捏持片13。
LED模块3包括散热器,在散热器内设有中空腔体,在中空腔体底部设有铝基板,在铝基板上设有LED光源,如图3、图4所示,LED模块3与驱动器2之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器2底面上固定有一安装座14,安装座14为一圆形的金属片,安装座14与驱动器底面间留有间隙;为了方便定位、安装,在LED模块3上端中央设有一圆柱形凸起24,在安装座14中间对应设有圆孔25,在安装座14上沿周向均布有2个弧形槽15,在LED模块3顶端对应设有2个卡边16,卡边16包括竖直设置的基板17,基板17下端与散热器铆接,基板17上端向内延伸出扣边18,所述的弧形槽15由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄;
安装时先将圆柱形凸起24对准安装座14的圆孔25,并使两者结合在一起,然后旋转,卡边16先从弧形槽15较宽的这端进入到弧形槽内,然后再沿弧形槽旋转到最窄的这一端停止,扣边18在弧形槽内与安装座14卡接在一起。
如图1、图5所示,反射罩4与反射罩座5之间的可拆卸连接方式为:反射罩4呈喇叭状,在反射罩4下端套有一圆环19,在反射罩4下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片20,弹性片20的下端与反射罩4铆接,弹性片20的上端向外翻折形成翻边21,所述的翻边21与圆环19上周缘相抵,所述的圆环19与反射罩座5活动连接;具体的,在圆环19的外侧面上设有弧形凸起22,在反射罩座5的安装孔内侧设有在竖直方向上止挡弧形凸起22的凸块23,圆环19旋拧在反射罩座5的安装孔7内,弧形凸起22与凸块23相抵。此外,圆环19也可采用螺纹连接的方式与反射罩座5相连。
安装时,如图6所示,先用手捏住捏持片13将驱动器2放到灯架1内,然后使弹片8的凸起9卡接在通孔12内;再将LED模块3穿过安装孔7安装在驱动器2的安装座14上;再将反射罩4与圆环19装配在一起,再将圆环19装在反射罩座5上,至此,安装完成。如拆卸时,按照相反的步骤将各组件取下即可。
实施例2:本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,LED模块3与驱动器2之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上设有螺孔,在LED模块3顶端设有螺杆,所述的螺杆与安装座螺纹连接。
实施例3:本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图7所示,反射罩4与反射罩座5之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩4下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片20,弹性片20的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与反射罩座的上周缘相抵,反射罩4与反射罩座5通过弹性片直接相连。
Claims (3)
1.一种LED筒灯中LED模块与驱动器的连接结构,包括驱动器与LED模块,其特征是:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上沿周向均布有多个弧形槽,在LED模块顶端对应设有多个卡边,所述的弧形槽由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄,所述的卡边卡入弧形槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED筒灯中LED模块与驱动器的连接结构,其特征是:在LED模块上端中央设有一圆柱形凸起,在安装座中间对应设有圆孔,所述的圆柱形凸起插设在圆孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED筒灯中LED模块与驱动器的连接结构,其特征是:在安装座上沿周向均布有2个弧形槽,在LED模块顶端对应设有2个卡边。
