目前, 大多数室内 LED 照明筒灯都是一体化设计,当灯具的 LED 灯珠或驱动器失效时,或会使整灯报废或整灯拆下送原生产厂商返修。
整灯报废会浪费社会能源,同时增加消费者支出成本;而整灯拆下送原生产厂商返修,费时费力,产生的相关费用也很高,消费者无法承受。
技术解决方案
本发明克服了上述现有技术中的不足,提供了一种简单明了,在发生故障时不需任何工具,就可将 LED 模块、驱动器等易损部件取下进行维修或更换的 LED 筒灯。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种组装式LED筒灯 ,包括灯架,驱动器, LED 模块和反射罩,所述的灯架包括反射罩座和设置在反射罩座上的支架,在反射罩座上开有安装孔,所述的驱动器通过弹片卡接机构与支架相连,所述的 LED 模块与驱动器为可拆卸连接,所述的反射罩与反射罩座为可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述的弹片卡接机构包括设置在驱动器两端的两个弹片,所述弹片的下端向外翻折形成能够顶压支架的凸起,所述的支架包括两个侧边和连接两侧边顶端的顶边,在侧边内侧设有凹槽或通孔,所述的凸起卡接在凹槽或通孔内。驱动器借助两个弹片卡在支架内,防止掉落。
作为优选,在弹片的下端还向下延伸有用于捏持并使凸起脱离凹槽或通孔的捏持片。当需要将驱动器取下时,用手捏住捏持片并合拢以克服弹片的弹力,使弹片的凸起脱离凹槽或通孔,即可将驱动器从支架上取下。
作为优选, LED 模块与驱动器之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上沿周向均布有多个弧形槽,在 LED 模块顶端对应设有多个卡边,所述的弧形槽由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄,所述的卡边卡入弧形槽内。安装时,将 LED 模块顶端的卡边插入弧形槽较宽的一端内,然后旋转 LED 模块,使卡边转到弧形槽最窄的一端使 LED 借助卡边卡在安装座上即可实现 LED 模块与驱动器的连接。
作为优选, LED 模块与驱动器之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上设有螺孔,在 LED 模块顶端设有螺杆,所述的螺杆与安装座螺纹连接。安装时,只需将螺杆旋入螺孔即可。
作为优选,反射罩与反射罩座之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片,弹性片的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与反射罩座的上周缘相抵。
作为优选,反射罩与反射罩座之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩下端套有一圆环,在反射罩下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片,弹性片的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与圆环上周缘相抵,所述的圆环与反射罩座活动连接。

作为优选,在圆环的外侧面上设有弧形凸起,在反射罩座的安装孔内侧设有在竖直方向上止挡弧形凸起的凸块,圆环旋拧在反射罩座的安装孔内,弧形凸起与凸块相抵。

采用了上述技术方案的本发明的原理及有益效果是:
本发明筒灯的灯架,驱动器, LED 模块和反射罩均为独立的分离式组件,通过扣位式拼接结构组合在一起形成筒灯,便于用户维修及更换易损组件,为生产厂商大批量生产和提供售后服务提供了保证与便利。

本发明的实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例1:一种组装式LED筒灯 ,如图 1 所示,包括灯架 1 ,驱动器 2 , LED 模块 3 和反射罩 4 ,所述的灯架 1 包括反射罩座 5 和设置在反射罩座 5 上的支架 6 ,在反射罩座 5 上开有安装孔 7 ,所述的驱动器 2 通过弹片卡接机构与支架 6 相连,所述的 LED 模块 3 与驱动器 2 为可拆卸连接,所述的反射罩 4 与反射罩座 5 为可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图 1 、图 2 、图 4 所示,所述的弹片卡接机构包括设置在驱动器 2 两端的两个弹片 8 ,弹片 8 的上端与驱动器 2 铆接,弹片 8 的下端向外翻折形成能够顶压支架的凸起 9 ,所述的支架 6 包括两个侧边 10 和连接两侧边 10 顶端的顶边 11 ,在侧边 10 内侧设有通孔 12 ,所述的凸起 9 卡接在通孔 12 内。为了便于驱动器 2 的拆卸与安装,在弹片 8 的下端还向下延伸有用于捏持弹片并使凸起 9 脱离通孔 12 的捏持片 13 。
LED 模块 3 包括散热器,在散热器内设有中空腔体,在中空腔体底部设有铝基板,在铝基板上设有 LED 光源,如图 3 、图 4 所示, LED 模块 3 与驱动器 2 之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器 2 底面上固定有一安装座 14 ,安装座 14 为一圆形的金属片,安装座 14 与驱动器底面间留有间隙;为了方便定位、安装,在 LED 模块 3 上端中央设有一圆柱形凸起 24 ,在安装座 14 中间对应设有圆孔 25 ,在安装座 14 上沿周向均布有 2 个弧形槽 15 ,在 LED 模块 3 顶端对应设有 2 个卡边 16 ,卡边 16 包括竖直设置的基板 17 ,基板 17 下端与散热器铆接,基板 17 上端向内延伸出扣边 18 ,所述的弧形槽 15 由一端到另一端宽度逐渐变窄;
安装时先将圆柱形凸起 24 对准安装座 14 的圆孔 25 ,并使两者结合在一起,然后旋转,卡边 16 先从弧形槽 15 较宽的这端进入到弧形槽内,然后再沿弧形槽旋转到最窄的这一端停止,扣边 18 在弧形槽内与安装座 14 卡接在一起。
如图 1 、图 5 所示,反射罩 4 与反射罩座 5 之间的可拆卸连接方式为:反射罩 4 呈喇叭状,在反射罩 4 下端套有一圆环 19 ,在反射罩 4 下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片 20 ,弹性片 20 的下端与反射罩 4 铆接,弹性片 20 的上端向外翻折形成翻边 21 ,所述的翻边 21 与圆环 19 上周缘相抵,所述的圆环 19 与反射罩座 5 活动连接;具体的,在圆环 19 的外侧面上设有弧形凸起 22 ,在反射罩座 5 的安装孔内侧设有在竖直方向上止挡弧形凸起 22 的凸块 23 ,圆环 19 旋拧在反射罩座 5 的安装孔 7 内,弧形凸起 22 与凸块 23 相抵。此外,圆环 19 也可采用螺纹连接的方式与反射罩座 5 相连。
安装时,如图 6 所示,先用手捏住捏持片 13 将驱动器 2 放到灯架 1 内,然后使弹片 8 的凸起 9 卡接在通孔 12 内;再将 LED 模块 3 穿过安装孔 7 安装在驱动器 2 的安装座 14 上;再将反射罩 4 与圆环 19 装配在一起,再将圆环 19 装在反射罩座 5 上,至此,安装完成。如拆卸时,按照相反的步骤将各组件取下即可。
实施例 2 :本实施例与实施例 1 的不同之处在于, LED 模块 3 与驱动器 2 之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在驱动器底面上固定有一安装座,在安装座上设有螺孔,在 LED 模块 3 顶端设有螺杆,所述的螺杆与安装座螺纹连接。
实施例 3 :本实施例与实施例 1 的不同之处在于,如图 7 所示,反射罩 4 与反射罩座 5 之间的可拆卸连接方式为:在反射罩 4 下端沿圆周分布有多个弹性片 20 ,弹性片 20 的下端与反射罩铆接,弹性片的上端向外翻折形成翻边,所述的翻边与反射罩座的上周缘相抵,反射罩 4 与反射罩座 5 通过弹性片直接相连。
