野外门吊太阳能照明装置,其属于门吊制造辅助设备领域。由LED灯,电缆、控制系统、供电系统组成,所述的供电系统由蓄电池、太阳能电池板、保护机构构成;太阳能电池板安装固定在门吊横梁正上方,通过电缆和蓄电池相连,保护机构安装在蓄电池和太阳能电池板上方,蓄电池另一端与控制系统相连,控制系统通过电缆与门吊上的LED灯相连。所述的保护机构的滑道和密封布遮挡整个横梁下方的蓄电池和太阳能电池板,收缩后太阳能电池板完全暴露在阳光下。白天通过太阳能电池将太阳能转化成电能并储存在蓄电池内,晚上蓄电池提供电能驱动LED灯工作,不需要铺设复杂管线,安全节能无污染。并能克服夜间断电无照明的情况出现,方便野外施工作业。

本实用新型涉及门吊制造辅助设备领域,具体的说是野外门吊太阳能照明装置。
背景技术
门式起重机简称门吊,跨度很大,用于多种情况下的重物举起放下的任务。工作环境也复杂多样,但多数为野外作业,供电系统复杂,多为临时电,对于照明系统多数与总供电系统连接,在夜间工作受总供电系统的限制。随着供电日趋紧张,对于不定期的限电措施会影响到其他工作的进行,采用太阳能清洁能源供电对于野外门吊LED灯照明是解决此类问题的发展方向。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本实用新型专利的目的是提供一种安装方便,质量高,节能环保的照明系统。替代原来的照明系统,解决普通照明系统存在的不良弊端,节能环保,不受总供电系统的限制。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案主要是提供野外门吊太阳能照明装置,由LED灯,电缆、控制系统、供电系统组成,所述的供电系统由蓄电池、太阳能电池板、保护机构构成;太阳能电池板安装固定在门吊横梁正上方,通过电缆和蓄电池相连,保护机构安装在蓄电池和太阳能电池板上方,蓄电池另一端与控制系统相连,控制系统通过电缆与门吊上的LED灯相连。所述的保护机构的滑道和密封布遮挡整个横梁下方的蓄电池和太阳能电池板,收缩后太阳能电池板完全暴露在阳光下。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:不在消耗市政电网供给的电能,其全部能量来自太阳能供电系统将太阳能转换成的电能。白天通过太阳能电池将太阳能转化成电能并储存在蓄电池内,晚上蓄电池提供电能驱动LED灯工作,不需要铺设复杂管线 ,安全节能无污染。并能克服夜间断电无照明的情况出现,方便野外施工作业。

图1、图2所示的野外门吊太阳能照明装置,其特征在于:由LED灯5,电缆4、控制系统、供电系统组成,所述的供电系统由蓄电池1、太阳能电池板2、保护机构3构成;太阳能电池板2安装固定在门吊横梁6正上方,通过电缆4和蓄电池1相连,保护机构3安装在蓄电池1和太阳能电池板2上方,蓄电池1另一端与控制系统相连,控制系统通过电缆4与门吊上的LED灯5相连。所述的保护机构3的滑道3b和密封布3a遮挡整个横梁6下方的蓄电池1和太阳能电池板2,收缩后太阳能电池板2完全暴露在阳光下。白天通过太阳能电池板2将太阳能转化成电能并储存在蓄电池1内,晚上蓄电池1提供电能驱动LED灯5工作,不需要铺设复杂线路,安全节能无污染。

1.野外门吊太阳能照明装置,由LED灯(5),电缆(4)、控制系统、供电系统组成,其特征在于:所述的供电系统由蓄电池(1)、太阳能电池板(2)、保护机构(3)构成;太阳能电池板(2)安装固定在门吊横梁(6)正上方,通过电缆(4)和蓄电池(1)相连,保护机构(3)安装在蓄电池(1)和太阳能电池板(2)上方,蓄电池另一端与控制系统相连,控制系统通过电缆(4)与门吊上的LED灯相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的野外门吊太阳能照明装置,其特征在于:所述的保护机构(3)的滑道(3b)和密封布(3a)遮挡整个横梁(6)下方的蓄电池(1)和太阳能电池板(2),收缩后太阳能电池板(2)完全暴露在阳光下。
