本实用新型是一种太阳能海水淡化装置,包括两条连接有淡水收集容器(4)的主管道(1),两条主管道(1)之间连接有若干条带有接水槽的支架(2),所述若干条支架(2)互相平行且等间距排列;在相邻两条支架(2)之间安装有两块棚面板(3),所述两块棚面板的上端互相连接,下端分别连接在所述相邻两条支架(2)上;所述棚面板(3)的内侧壁下端位于该棚面板(3)所连接的支架上的接水槽的正上方。充分利用了太阳照射产生的热能加热海水,并回收海水蒸发后的蒸馏淡水。具有构造简单,制造成本低的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳照射产生的热能淡化海水的装置。
背景技术  
随着淡水资源的日趋紧张,海水淡化越来越受重视。现有的海水淡化装置普遍存在结构复杂,造价高,维修困难等缺点,普及起来难度较大。
实用新型内容  
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种太阳能海水淡化装置,利用太阳照射产生的热能加热海水,并回收海水蒸发后的蒸馏淡水,装置具有简单的构造。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种太阳能海水淡化装置,其特征在于:包括两条走向平行且等高的主管道,主管道的一端连接有淡水收集容器;两条主管道之间连接有若干条均带有接水槽的支架,所述若干条支架互相平行且等间距排列;在相邻两条支架之间安装有两块棚面板,所述两块棚面板均为平板状,所述两块棚面板的上端互相连接,下端分别连接在所述相邻两条支架上;所述棚面板的内侧壁下端位于该棚面板所连接的支架上的接水槽的正上方。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:棚面板罩住海面,在日光照射下所罩海面水温升高,海水蒸发,蒸馏水沿棚面板的内侧壁滴落到所述接水槽中,并汇集到主管道,最终流入淡水收集容器中。本实用新型充分利用了太阳照射产生的热能加热海水,并回收海水蒸发后的蒸馏淡水。具有构造简单,制造成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括两条走向平行且等高的主管道1,主管道1的一端连接有淡水收集容器4。两条主管道1之间连接有若干条均带有接水槽的支架2,所述若干条支架2互相平行且等间距排列。在相邻两条支架2之间安装有两块棚面板3,所述两块棚面板3均为平板状,所述两块棚面板的上端互相连接,下端分别连接在所述相邻两条支架2上,两条支架2上的两块棚面板呈倒“V”字型。所述棚面板3的内侧壁下端位于该棚面板3所连接的支架上的接水槽的正上方。
本实用新型最外端的两条支架下方设置的接水槽接收从连接在该支架上的一块棚面板3内侧壁下端滴落的蒸馏水。其余支架2下方也设置有接水槽,该接水槽能够接收从连接在该支架上的两块棚面板3内侧壁下端滴落的蒸馏水。
所述棚面板3罩住海面,在日光照射下所罩海面水温升高,海水蒸发,蒸馏水沿棚面板3的内侧壁滴落到所述接水槽中,并汇集到主管道1,最终流入淡水收集容器4中。
