Abstract

本发明公开了一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,利用太阳能光热资源,将海水进行蒸馏,凝结获得纯水的技术,主要由真空集热管、蒸馏缶、盘管冷凝器、集汽母管组成;真空集热管为多支,其下端开口分别连接蒸馏缶的顶部,上端开口分别连接集汽母管,盘管冷凝器固定安装于蒸馏缶内部中间位置。其结构简单,实用性强,无需额外消耗能源,海水无须预处理,淡化水品质高,可自主运行操作简便,克服了传统的海水淡化装置淡化成本高,能源消耗多,海水淡化品质低的缺点。可广范应用于海岛、船舶、海洋作业平台等海水淡化应用,该装置可单台独立分散设置安装也可多台并联作业。

一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置
技术领域
本发明属于综合能源利用范畴,涉及一种海水淡化装置,特别涉及到一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置。
背景技术
水荒目前已成为世界性的问题,是制约社会进步和经济发展的瓶颈。据统计,全球用水总量每15年就翻一番,到2030年地球上将有1/3的人口面临淡水资源危机。地球的表面虽然有71%被水覆盖,但只有2.5%的是淡水,其中又有69%是人类难以利用的两极冰盖。人类可利用的淡水只占全球水总量的0.77%。传统的海水淡化技术有反渗透法、低温多效、多级闪蒸、电渗析法、压汽蒸馏、露点蒸发法等,其共同的缺点是能源消耗多,运行成本高,海水需要预处理后才能进行淡化等缺点,制约了海洋经济的发展进程。
太阳能是最重要的可再生能源,相比于其它可再生能源,太阳能取之不尽,用之不竭,不需要运输。目前的太阳能综合利用主要有光伏发电,光热发电,光热采暖,热水器等。另外,在浩瀚的海洋中,丰富的光照资源并未得到开发利用。开发一种利用太阳能光热资源分离海水中淡水的装置,不失为一种有意之举。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用太阳能真空集热管收集光热,使海水中的水分子蒸发为水蒸汽,然后凝结为纯净水的一种技术。本发明一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,主要由真空集热管(1)、蒸馏缶(2)、盘管冷凝器(3)、集汽母管(8)组成;其特征在于真空集热管(1)为多支,其下端开口分别连接蒸馏缶(2)的顶部,上端开口分别连接集汽母管(8),盘管冷凝器(3)固定安装于蒸馏缶(2)内部中间位置,盘管冷凝器(3)进口经蒸汽回流管(7)连接于集汽母管(8),出口连接淡水蓄水槽(4);所述真空集热管(1)为两根同心圆玻璃管组成,在内管的外表面涂太阳选择性吸热层,下端涂有吸气剂,内管两端与外管两端熔封成为圆环状的开口,内外圆管之间抽成真空,真空集热管(1)水平安装倾角30~90度,背光面安装有阳光反射板(6);所述蒸馏缶(2)横截面为竖菱形结构,盘管冷凝器(3)水平安装与中间菱形腹部,菱形顶部开口安装真空集热管(1),菱形下部侧面安装水位控制阀(5),菱形底部连接浓盐水阀(12)。
当阳光照射到真空集热管(1)上时管内海水受热蒸发为水蒸气,上升至集汽母管(8),然后进入盘式冷凝器(3),在海水的冷却作用下凝结为纯净水,经出口流至淡水蓄水槽(4)完成淡化过程;盘式冷凝器(3)同时将海水加热加快汽化;经过蒸发的海水形成浓盐水沉积在蒸馏缶(2)下部,经过浓盐水阀(12)进入结晶槽(13),并逐渐凝结为海盐。结晶槽(13)的底部设有刮板机(9),刮板机(9)沿结晶槽(13)侧面斜板提升至盐仓(11)入口,定期转动刮板机驱动轮(10)驱动刮板沿结晶槽(13)底部将结晶盐输送至盐仓(11);蒸馏缶(2)、盐仓(11)、浓盐水阀(12)、水位控制阀(5)内壁及刮板机采取耐磨防腐处理。
有益效果:
本发明一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,利用太阳能光热资源,将海水进行蒸馏,凝结获得纯水的技术,其结构简单,实用性强,无需额外消耗能源,海水无须预处理,淡化水品质高,可自主运行操作简便,克服了传统的海水淡化装置淡化成本高,能源消耗多,海水淡化品质低的缺点。可广范应用于海岛、船舶、海洋作业平台等海水淡化应用,该装置可单台独立分散设置安装也可多台并联作业。

本发明一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,结构简单、工艺成熟、成本低廉,可批量生产,无需专门的特种制作设备;市场应用广,可广泛应用于海岛、船舶、海洋作业平台等海水淡化应用,以及内陆苦咸水淡化和工业废水深度处理。

1.一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,主要由真空集热管(1)、蒸馏缶(2)、盘管冷凝器(3)、集汽母管(8)组成;其特征在于:真空集热管(1)为多支,其下端开口分别连接蒸馏缶(2)的顶部,上端开口分别连接集汽母管(8),盘管冷凝器(3)固定安装于蒸馏缶(2)内部中间位置,盘管冷凝器(3)进口经蒸汽回流管(7)连接于集汽母管(8)的底部,出口连接淡水蓄水槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,其特征在于:所述真空集热管(1)为两根同心圆玻璃管组成,在内管的外表面涂太阳选择性吸热层,下端涂有吸气剂,内管两端与外管两端熔封成为圆环状的开口,内外圆管之间抽成真空,真空集热管(1)水平安装倾角30~90度,背光面安装有阳光反射板(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,其特征在于:所述蒸馏缶(2)横截面为竖菱形结构,盘管冷凝器(3)水平安装与中间菱形腹部,菱形顶部开口安装真空集热管(1),菱形下部侧面安装水位控制阀(5),菱形底部连接浓盐水阀(12);所述浓盐水阀(12)出口连接结晶槽(13);结晶槽(13)的底部设有刮板机(9)。
4.根据权利要求1及权利要求3所述一种光热海水蒸馏淡化装置,其特征在于:蒸馏缶(2)、盐仓(11)、浓盐水阀(12)、水位控制阀(5)内壁及刮板机采取耐磨防腐处理。
