 本实用新型涉及模具领域，具体涉及一种新型模压鞋模。 
背景技术
传统模压模具由鞋楦模、底模和两个边模组成。制鞋生产中，底模固定不动，合模时先合拢：左右边模，再降鞋楦模，左右边模和底模之间严密 配合。从生产和穿用情况来看 ，这种模压模具存在如下弊端 ： (1)不适于生产类似于布面胶鞋和运动鞋的高边墙模压鞋 ；（2)边模与底模的垂直分模方式不利于鞋的运动适应性；(3)帮面因子 口处冒胶而沾污并降低鞋的美观性。 
发明内容
  本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型模压鞋模，该鞋模可以生产高边墙模压鞋。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种新型模压鞋模，由底模1、鞋楦模2、设于底模1和鞋楦模2两侧的左右边模3，所述鞋楦模2倒置设于底模1的下侧，所述边模3和底模1结合处设有冒胶槽4 ，为多余胶料提供了溢出通道和空间。合模时先合边模3 ，再降底模1，鞋楦模2倒置，在生产中边模3以垂直于鞋楦模2的方向与之合拢 ，因此边模3子口线可以在鞋楦模2底棱以上，鞋楦模2底棱以上部分鞋帮与边模之间的间隙 ，构成模压鞋边墙的型腔。边模3与底模1间的分模方式为水平分模 ，分模线不在外底边棱处 ，因此外底边棱可以设计成圆滑过渡的曲线 ，提高了运动适应性。
