 本实用新型涉及一种吸铁棒,尤其是一种能实现自动卸铁功能的永磁吸铁棒,属于磁力分选设备技术领域。
背景技术
吸铁棒广泛用于吸除各种箱体内的机加工铁屑、喷丸铁屑以及大型管道内的铁屑,现有吸铁棒分为电磁式和永磁块两种形式,电磁式吸铁棒结构复杂,操作繁琐,制造成本高,耗能高,稳定性差,使用场合受到诸多限制,永磁块无法实现自动卸铁屑。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、磁场强度高、能自动清除铁屑的永磁吸铁棒。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种自动卸铁永磁吸铁棒,包括台阶式外壳、外永磁体、内永磁体、手柄芯棒,所述外永磁体固定在台阶式外壳大端内孔中,外永磁体内孔中装有滑动轴套;手柄芯棒为阶梯轴结构,内永磁体套装在手柄芯棒小端上,小端端头与端面挡板固定连接,手柄芯棒小端穿过滑动轴套,设置在台阶式外壳小端内孔中;内永磁体两侧分别以手柄芯棒轴肩及端面挡板定位,手柄芯棒中部与滑动轴套活动连接;外永磁体和内永磁体磁极方向相反。 
本实用新型结构简单,使用方便。将手柄芯棒小端推入台阶式外壳小端内孔中,外永磁体的N极和内永磁体S极之间产生磁场,即可用于吸铁。将手柄芯棒小端拉出台阶式外壳小端内孔,此时,内永磁体位于外永磁体内孔中,外永磁体的S极和内永磁体S极之间屏蔽磁场,铁屑自动从台阶式外壳上脱落,从而实现自动卸铁。本实用新型磁场强度高,工作稳定可靠。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括台阶式外壳1、外永磁体2、内永磁体3、手柄芯棒4,外永磁体2和内永磁体3均为环状,外永磁体2用胶粘接固定在台阶式外壳1大端内孔中,外永磁体2内孔中装有滑动轴套5。手柄芯棒4为阶梯轴结构,内永磁体3套装粘接在手柄芯棒4小端上,其两端分别以手柄芯棒轴肩41及端面挡板6定位。手柄芯棒4小端穿过滑动轴套5,设置在台阶式外壳1小端内孔中。内永磁体3可沿滑动轴套5左右滑动,通过限位法兰41和端面挡板6可控制手柄芯棒4的滑动的极限位置。外永磁体2和内永磁体3磁极方向相反,即外永磁体2的N极在外侧,S极在内侧,内永磁体3的S极在外侧,N极在内侧。
如图1所示,吸铁时,将手柄芯棒4小端推入台阶式外壳1小端内孔中,外永磁体2的N极和内永磁体的S极之间产生磁场,即可实现吸铁。
如图2所示,卸铁时,将手柄芯棒4小端从台阶式外壳1小端内孔中拉出,此时,内永磁体3位于外永磁体2内孔中,由于外永磁体的S极和内永磁体S极之间屏蔽磁场,铁屑自动从台阶式外壳1上脱落,从而实现自动卸铁。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。
