技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压纹隔离纸,属于离型材料技术领域。
背景技术
隔离纸又称离型纸、防粘纸,主要用于贴覆在胶带的表面用于保护胶带表面的胶粘剂层。现有的隔离纸一般是在隔离纸底纸层的表面淋膜一层淋膜层(采用的材料主要有聚乙烯),然后在淋膜层的表面涂布一层离型剂层(采用的材料主要为硅油)得到隔离纸。但是由于淋膜层平整度高,离型剂涂层与淋膜层之间附着力差,当隔离纸与涂覆有高粘度粘合剂的贴膜贴附时,容易导致隔离纸上的离型剂涂层被粘附力更大的粘合剂带走,从而在贴膜的局部表面形成难以清理掉的离型剂涂层区域,破坏了贴膜整体的纯净、一致性。

为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种压纹隔离纸,由底材层、胶粘剂层和聚乙烯离型材料层依次层叠构成,所述聚乙烯离型材料层至少在不朝向所述胶粘剂层那一侧的表面设有凹凸纹路;所述聚乙烯离型材料层由聚乙烯薄膜层和离型剂层复合而成,所述离型剂层与所述胶粘剂层不接触。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层或者丙烯酸胶粘剂层。
2、上述方案中,所述纹路的形状为直线形、斜线形、网格形、斜网格形、点状或者是文字。
3、上述方案中,所述底材层的材料是聚酯薄膜或者原纸。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、由于本实用新型在离型材料层的表面设有凹凸压纹图案,从而使胶面在贴合后能够有所需要的纹路,可以做到良好的排气性能及外观。
2、由于本实用新型在底材层和离型材料层之间加设胶粘剂层,从而使底材层和离型材料层两者之间更加紧密。本实用新型制得的压纹隔离纸可适用于高、低粘胶带的表面保护。

实施例:一种压纹隔离纸
参见附图1所示,一种压纹隔离纸,由底材层1、胶粘剂层2和聚乙烯离型材料层3依次层叠构成,所述聚乙烯离型材料层3至少在不朝向所述胶粘剂层2那一侧的表面设有凹凸纹路;所述聚乙烯离型材料层3由聚乙烯薄膜层和离型剂层复合而成,所述离型剂层与所述胶粘剂层2不接触。在离型材料层的表面设凹凸压纹图案,从而使胶面在贴合后能够有所需要的纹路,可以做到良好的排气性能及外观。所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层,其也可以为丙烯酸胶粘剂层等种类的胶粘剂。所述纹路的形状为直线形,其也可为斜线形、网格形、斜网格形、点状或者是文字如中英文的“斯迪克”字样。所述底材层的材料格拉辛原纸,也可以是其他种类的无离型淋膜层原纸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的压纹隔离纸,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层或者丙烯酸胶粘剂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压纹隔离纸,其特征在于:所述纹路的形状为直线形、斜线形、网格形、斜网格形、点状或者是文字。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压纹隔离纸,其特征在于:所述底材层的材料是聚酯薄膜或者原纸。
