Abstract

一种冲焊驱动桥壳总成,用于制造驱动桥壳。桥壳分别与轴管、桥壳导向座、桥壳下推座连接,滑板固定在桥壳导向座上,桥壳与轴管连接的环焊缝接头处的衬环为整体封闭环,桥壳与桥壳导向座、桥壳下推座的连接处分别为长焊缝联结。通过优化环焊缝接头与桥壳附件焊接结构,组成冲焊桥壳总成。通过优化环焊缝接头与桥壳附件焊接结构,组成冲焊桥壳总成。本实用新型结构合理、工艺简单,在保证工艺性、结构性的基础上,可大幅提高桥壳及其总成的使用寿命,桥壳总成承载能力可达6-16吨。

本实用新型涉及汽车制造技术领域,具体说是一种冲焊驱动桥壳总成。 
背景技术
目前,汽车用的冲焊结构驱动桥壳,其轴管和桥壳通过内置衬环、外侧环焊缝连接。轴管、桥壳配合处均为非加工面,内置衬环通过缺口的大小调整与轴管、桥壳的配合间隙。此种方式外侧环焊缝熔深不均匀,易造成应力集中;由于间隙不可控,铁水焊漏易进入桥壳影响齿轮,在很大程度上影响了桥壳及桥总成的使用效果和寿命。另外,重载条件下,桥壳附件焊缝位置也最容易开裂或脱焊,成为桥壳总成连接的薄弱位置。 
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种冲焊驱动桥壳总成,以实现提高疲劳寿命的目的。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的桥壳分别与轴管、桥壳导向座、桥壳下推座连接,滑板固定在桥壳导向座上,其特征在于:桥壳与轴管连接的环焊缝接头处的衬环为整体封闭环,桥壳与桥壳导向座、桥壳下推座的连接处分别为长焊缝联结。通过优化环焊缝接头与桥壳附件焊接结构,组成冲焊桥壳总成。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,结构合理、工艺简单,在保证工艺性、结构性的基础上,可大幅提高桥壳及其总成的使用寿命,桥壳总成承载能力可达6-16吨。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型的桥壳1分别与轴管2、桥壳导向座、桥壳下推座7连接,滑板8固定在桥壳导向座6上,环焊缝4接头处结构衬环3为整体封闭环,桥壳导向座6、桥壳下推座7与桥壳的连接分别为延长焊缝联结。 
本实用新型是将环焊缝处4的衬环3做成整体封闭环,分别加工桥壳1、轴管2、衬环3配合面,装配到一起后再焊接外侧环焊缝4,然后通过延长焊缝5焊接桥壳导向座6与桥壳下推座7,桥壳导向座6与滑板8间可适当增减调整垫片,最后用连接件紧固滑板8。

1.一种冲焊驱动桥壳总成,桥壳(1)分别与轴管(2)、桥壳导向座(6)、桥壳下推座(7)连接,滑板(8)固定在桥壳导向座(6)上,其特征在于:桥壳(1)与轴管(2)连接的环焊缝(4)接头处的衬环(3)为整体封闭环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲焊驱动桥壳总成,其特征在于:桥壳(1)与桥壳导向座(6)、桥壳下推座(7)的连接处分别为长焊缝联结。
