技术领域
本发明涉及建筑行业用铝合金门窗,尤其涉及一种具有可排露防风结构的铝合金门窗。
背景技术
现有铝合金门窗因材质关系,空气遇冷容易在室内侧玻璃上结露,而目前市场大多产品结构对由此而形成的露水均不能很好的予以处理,从而给使用带来诸多不便,尤其是对室内装修造成腐蚀和污染,不符合卫生环保的要求。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的上述问题和缺陷,本实用新型旨在公开一种能够将室内露水自动排出的铝合金门窗,其人性化设计,能有效解决上述问题,实用美观,满足市场对此类产品的需求。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的:
一种排露防风的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金框扇和玻璃压条,其特征在于:
它还包括排露防风结构,所述排露防风结构包括积露凹槽、扣件和挡风片;
所述积露凹槽为开设于室内侧玻璃压条上的一个弧形凹槽,积露凹槽的底部开设透孔;
所述扣件是对应架设于所述透孔上方的底部非封闭结构,其垂直插接于所述玻璃压条上,扣件的上盖扣于所述积露凹槽的上沿;
所述挡风片与所述扣件底部的单侧垂直面连接为一体,并在重力作用下倾斜,形成排露通道。
进一步,所述扣件长5-100mm,宽3-20mm。
本实用新型所特有的排露防风结构巧妙的将室内露水经由积露凹槽,经扣件和挡风片流入门窗系统的排水腔排出室外,与现有技术相比,它具有以下明显的效果:

如图1所示的排露防风的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金框扇1,2和玻璃压条4,还包括排露防风结构3,所述排露防风结构3包括积露凹槽31、扣件32和挡风片33;所述积露凹槽31为开设于室内侧玻璃压条4上的一个弧形凹槽,积露凹槽31的底部开设透孔;所述扣件32是对应架设于所述透孔上方的底部非封闭结构,其垂直插接于所述玻璃压条4上,扣件32的上盖扣于所述积露凹槽31的上沿;所述扣件32长10-100mm,宽4-20mm。
所述挡风片33与所述扣件32底部的单侧垂直面连接为一体式结构,均采用塑料材质,所述挡风片33在重力作用下倾斜,形成排露通道。
无风的情况下,所述铝合金门窗,通过上述排露防风结构3,将室内露水经积露凹槽31处,流经扣件32和挡风片33注入窗系统的排水腔后,排出。当有风的情况下,挡风片33在风力作用下与所述扣件32扣合,则可起到防风保温的作用。
