本实用新型的八段选针器，包括电路板，及位于电路板上通过导线相连的选针器线轴结构，及位于选针器线轴结构上的选针片，所述选针片通过选针片轴和两侧夹板一起固定于选针框架上，其中所述选针片和选针片轴相接触，所述选针片定位板安装在选针框架之上。所述选针器线轴结构包括用于固定电路板且和外部电源相连接的选针框架，及位于选针框架内的选针器线轴，及用于套住选针器线轴的套筒，及固定在选针器线轴上的线轴芯棒,及位于选针器线轴之上的线轴压板。当外部电源供电之后控制选针器线轴发生左右运动，由于选针片和线轴芯棒相接触，所以选针片也产生相应动作，进行选针的动作。在保证选针功能的前提下，达到节约成本的目的。

背景技术
目前公知的八段选针器是由电路板、线轴压板、线轴芯棒、棒型线轴、套筒、选针框架、选针片、选针片轴和选针片定位板组成，其中使用的配件方形电磁铁制造加工繁琐困难，使用材料多，导致整体产品的制造成本高昂。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种节约型的八段选针器。本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
本实用新型的一种八段选针器，包括电路板，及位于电路板上通过导线相连的选针器线轴结构，及位于选针器线轴结构上的选针片，所述选针片通过选针片轴和两侧夹板一起固定于选针框架上，其中所述选针片和选针片轴相接触，所述选针片定位板安装在选针框架之上。所述选针器线轴结构包括用于固定电路板且和外部电源相连接的选针框架，及位于选针框架内的选针器线轴，及用于套住选针器线轴的套筒，及固定在选针器线轴上的线轴芯棒,及位于选针器线轴之上的线轴压板。
作为优选，所述选针片的部分要通过选针片定位板的相应孔位。
本实用新型的八段选针器，取消原来的方形电磁铁， 通过电路板连接外部电源来控制线轴的左右运动，同时通过选针器线轴的运动可以控制选针片的状态，当外部电源供电之后控制选针器线轴发生左右运动，由于选针片和线轴芯棒相接触，所以选针片也产生相应动作，进行选针的动作。在保证选针功能的前提下，达到节约成本的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的一种八段选针器, 包括电路板1，及位于电路板1上通过导线2相连的选针器线轴结构3，及位于选针器线轴结构3上的选针片4，所述选针片4通过选针片轴5和两侧夹板6一起固定于选针框架7上，其中所述选针片4和选针片轴5相接触，所述选针片定位板8安装在选针框架7之上。所述选针器线轴结构3包括用于固定电路板1且和外部电源相连接的选针框架7，及位于选针框架7内的选针器线轴12，及用于套住选针器线轴12的套筒9，及固定在选针器线轴12上的线轴芯棒10,及位于选针器线轴12之上的线轴压板11。其中，所述选针片的部分要通过选针片定位板的相应孔位。其具有节约成本的好处。
本实用新型的八段选针器，取消原来的方形电磁铁， 通过电路板连接外部电源来控制线轴的左右运动，同时通过选针器线轴的运动可以控制选针片的状态，当外部电源供电之后控制选针器线轴发生左右运动，由于选针片和线轴芯棒相接触，所以选针片也产生相应动作，进行选针的动作。在保证选针功能的前提下，达到节约成本的目的。

1.一种八段选针器，其特征在于：所述八段选针器包括电路板，及位于电路板上通过导线相连的选针器线轴结构，及位于选针器线轴结构上的选针片，所述选针片通过选针片轴和两侧夹板一起固定于选针框架上，其中所述选针片和选针片轴相接触，所述选针片定位板安装在选针框架之上；所述选针器线轴结构包括用于固定电路板且和外部电源相连接的选针框架，及位于选针框架内的选针器线轴，及用于套住选针器线轴的套筒，及固定在选针器线轴上的线轴芯棒,及位于选针器线轴之上的线轴压板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种八段选针器，其特征在于：所述选针片的部分要通过选针片定位板的相应孔位。
