本实用新型涉及一种车用电器领域,具体涉及一种防脱落灯座。 
背景技术
近来随着摩托车和汽车的发展,采用挠性聚脂电路软膜和/或印制电路板的仪表越来越多,灯炮一般采用有座灯泡,但是由于灯座与基体的配合一般依靠它们之间的过盈来现实,不能限制旋转方向的自由度,由于车辆的振动和灯泡的热变形,在使用过程中会使灯泡从基体中脱落。 
发明内容
在车用仪表中,灯座与基体的配合一般依靠它们之间的过盈配合来实现,不能限制旋转方向的自由度,由于车辆的振动和灯泡的热变形,在使用过程中会使灯泡从基体中脱落。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:防脱落灯座,包括灯座和与其配合的基体,其特征在于:灯座与基体配合处有两个凸台,基体有导向台和限位槽,灯座在旋入基座后沿导向台在塑性变形下进入限位槽,进入限位槽后恢复原来状态,由于灯座凸台大于基体导向台,进入限位槽后灯座不会从基体中脱出。 
灯座和基体配合后,由于灯座凸台大于基体导向台,灯座进入限位槽在使用过程中不会因为振动和热变形而脱落。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,塑料灯座上有凸台1,基体上有导向台2和限位槽2,使用时,随着凸台1旋向导向台2的过程中,由于塑料的塑性变形,凸台1顺利进入限位槽3,凸台1进入限位槽3后恢复原形状,由于凸台1尺寸大于限位槽3的外沿尺寸,凸台1就会在限位槽内固定。

1.防脱落灯座,包括灯座和与其配合的基体,其特征在于:灯座与基体配合处有两个凸台,基体有两导向斜台和两个限位槽,灯座在旋入基座后沿导向台在塑性变形下进入限位槽,进入限位槽后恢复原来状态,由于灯座凸台大于基体导向台,进入限位槽后灯座不会从基体中脱出。
