背景技术
用石膏绷带作为骨折固定的时代已经过去了，现在普遍采用水固化聚氨酯绷带和水固化聚氨酯夹板，但是水固化聚氨酯绷带和水固化聚氨酯夹板生产成本较高，不利于普遍采用。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种不仅能提高生产效率，而且质量容易控制，可降低产品造价的医用高分子无纺布夹板。
本实用新型的医用高分子无纺布夹板，通过下述技术方案予以实现，本实用新型含有防水层、缓冲层、骨架层；骨架层设置在防水层和缓冲层中间，防水层与缓冲层的两端通过缝合点进行复合。
所述缝合点设置在防水层和缓冲层的两端，是连续的缝合点。
本实用新型医用高分子无纺布夹板与现有技术相比较有如下有益效果：
1.生产工艺简单可靠；
2.一致性好，质量容易控制；
3.可大大降低成本；

在图中，医用高分子无纺布夹板主要由防水层1、缓冲层2、骨架层3等构成。
所述防水层1、骨架层3、缓冲层2叠加设置，防水层与缓冲层通过缝合点4复合。
所述防水层1、缓冲层2、骨架层3通常为化纤织物，其中防水层1厚度为0.2～0.5毫米，骨架层3、缓冲层2为4～6毫米，最好防水层1厚度为0.5毫米、骨架层3厚度5.25毫米、缓冲层2的厚度为5.7毫米。
所述骨架层3通常涂覆着水固化聚氨酯预聚体。
所述缝合点4设置在防水层1、缓冲层2的两端，是连续的缝合点。

1.一种医用高分子无纺布夹板，包括防水层(1)、缓冲层(2)、骨架层(3)；其特征是，骨架层(3)设置在防水层(1)和缓冲层(2)中间，防水层(1)与缓冲层(2)通过缝合点(4)进行复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用高分子无纺布夹板，其特征是，缝合点(4)设置在防水层(1)和缓冲层(2)的两端，是连续缝合点。
