本发明属于医疗耗材领域,具体涉及一种医用高分子无纺布夹板。
背景技术
用石膏绷带作为骨折固定的时代已经过去了,现在普遍采用水固化聚氨酯绷带和水固化聚氨酯夹板,但是水固化聚氨酯绷带和水固化聚氨酯夹板生产成本较高,不利于普遍采用。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种不仅能提高生产效率,而且质量容易控制,可降低产品造价的医用高分子无纺布夹板。
本发明的医用高分子无纺布夹板,通过下述技术方案予以实现,本发明含有防水层、缓冲层、骨架层;骨架层设置在防水层和缓冲层中间,防水层与缓冲层的两端通过缝合点进行复合。
所述缝合点设置在防水层和缓冲层的两端,是连续的缝合点。
本发明医用高分子无纺布夹板与现有技术相比较有如下有益效果:
1.生产工艺简单可靠;
2.一致性好,质量容易控制;
3.可大大降低成本;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述:
在图中,医用高分子无纺布夹板主要由防水层1、缓冲层2、骨架层3等构成。
所述防水层1、骨架层3、缓冲层2叠加设置,防水层与缓冲层通过缝合点4复合。
所述防水层1、缓冲层2、骨架层3通常为化纤织物,其中防水层1厚度为0.2~0.5毫米,骨架层3、缓冲层2为4~6毫米,最好防水层1厚度为0.5毫米、骨架层3厚度5.25毫米、缓冲层2的厚度为5.7毫米。
所述骨架层3通常涂覆着水固化聚氨酯预聚体。
所述缝合点4设置在防水层1、缓冲层2的两端,是连续的缝合点。

Claims (2)

1.一种医用高分子无纺布夹板,包括防水层(1)、缓冲层(2)、骨架层(3);其特征是,骨架层(3)设置在防水层(1)和缓冲层(2)中间,防水层(1)与缓冲层(2)通过缝合点(4)进行复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用热熔复合夹板,其特征是,缝合点(4)设置在防水层(1)和缓冲层(2)的两端,是连续缝合点。
