本实用新型涉及一种低噪声圆锥滚子轴承。包括内圈,外圈、圆锥滚子以及锥环状保持架,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈内侧端设有与所述锥环状保持架大直径端相对应的嵌接槽,所述滚子可转动的支承在保持架上,保持架置于内圈的外侧,外圈置于保持架的外侧,内圈与外圈通过滚子可转动连接,密封圈套接在内圈一端的外圆周侧面上,并通过所述嵌接槽与保持架连接,密封圈内端对应部分压触在外圈的对应端面上。其优点是:可大大降低了滚子与保持架碰撞时所产生的噪声,同时既能对轴承内部产生的噪声起到屏闭作用,又达到密封、防尘的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种低噪声圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
现在通用的圆锥滚子轴承都是由外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架等四大件构成,请参见图2。在使用过程中,内圈装在轴颈上,与轴一起转动,外圈装在机座或零件的轴承孔内,多数情况下外圈不转动,由于内外圈之间相对旋转而产生的摩擦力使滚子沿着滚道滚动,而保持架与内、外圈都不接触,由滚子带动保持架沿轴线旋转。
圆锥滚子轴承能同时承受轴向和径向两个方向的作用力,因此大多数情况下都用在汽车、工程机械、农用机械等工况条件比较差的设备上。由于圆锥滚子轴承自身没有密封装置,极易受到灰尘等异物的入侵而导致早期失效,从而大大缩短轴承的使用寿命。另外圆锥滚子轴承在高速旋转时,保持架的转动是靠滚子的推挤而带动,在轴向易产生窜动,滚子由于受力不均会发生不同程度的歪斜而与保持架产生碰撞,从而导致轴承的噪声较大,严重时会产生明显的噪声污染,影响周围环境。这是圆锥滚子轴承由于结构的限制而带来的两个难以消除的缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种密封性能好、防尘的低噪声圆锥滚子轴承,具体由以下技术方案实现:
一种低噪声圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈,外圈、圆锥滚子以及锥环状保持架,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈内侧端设有与所述锥环状保持架大直径端相对应的嵌接槽,所述滚子可转动的支承在保持架上,保持架置于内圈的外侧,外圈置于保持架的外侧,内圈与外圈通过滚子可转动连接,密封圈套接在内圈一端的外圆周侧面上,并通过所述嵌接槽与保持架连接,密封圈内端对应部分压触在外圈的对应端面上。
所述轴承进一步的设计在于,所述的低噪声圆锥滚子轴承,所述密封圈内侧端的端面上设有弧形的锥面。
本实用新型提供的圆锥滚子轴承采用的密封圈与内圈大档边及保持架采用紧配合,内圈在转动时通过摩擦力带动密封圈及保持架一起旋转,从而大大降低了滚子与保持架碰撞时所产生的噪声,同时既能对轴承内部产生的噪声起到屏闭作用,又达到密封、防尘的效果。

具体实施方式
    以下结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进行进一步说明:
对照图1,本实施例的轴承按32210圆锥滚子轴承的标准型号设置,主要由外圈1、内圈2、圆锥滚子3、保持架4和密封圈5组成。若干个圆锥滚子3可转动地支承在保持架4上。保持架4为锥环状,基本同心地置于内圈2的外侧,外圈1置于保持架4的外侧,并与内圈2基本同心,内圈2与外圈1通过滚子3可转动连接。密封圈5其轴向方向的内侧端设有与锥环状保持架大直径端相对应的嵌接槽51,密封圈5紧配合于内圈2一端的外圆周上,并通过嵌接槽51与保持架4连接,密封圈5的轴向内侧端面设有弧形锥面52,嵌接槽51设置在该弧形锥面上,密封圈所述内侧端的对应部分压触在外圈2的对应端面11上,使密封圈与外圈2的对应端面11密封连接,并使密封圈与外圈及滚子之间保持一定空间,以便散热。
本实用新型提供的圆锥滚子轴承,其保持架的一端嵌接在密封圈5的嵌接槽51内,当内圈转动时,通过嵌接槽带动密封圈及保持架一起旋转,保持架的转动不再靠滚子的推挤而产生,且转动时不会产生轴向窜动,从而减少了滚子与保持架的碰撞,大大降低了由于两者碰撞而产生的噪声。试验表明,本发明圆锥滚子轴承工作时的噪声比同类轴承至少低10%。同时本发明的密封圈除具有常规的密封、防尘的效果外,还具有对轴承内部产生的噪声起到屏闭的作用。

1.一种低噪声圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈,外圈、圆锥滚子以及锥环状保持架,其特征在于:还包括密封圈,所述密封圈内侧端设有与所述锥环状保持架大直径端相对应的嵌接槽,所述滚子可转动的支承在保持架上,保持架置于内圈的外侧,外圈置于保持架的外侧,内圈与外圈通过滚子可转动连接,密封圈紧配在内圈一端的外圆周上,并通过所述嵌接槽与保持架连接,密封圈内侧端对应部分压触在外圈的对应端的端面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪声圆锥滚子轴承,所述密封圈内侧端的端面上设有弧形锥面,所述嵌接槽设置在该弧形锥面上。
