本实用新型涉及一种颗粒物料筛选设备，尤其涉及一种颗粒物料振动筛用分料板。 
背景技术
目前，大多数颗粒物料的筛分主要以振动筛为主，而市场上常见的振动筛主要是在料仓底部开设下料口，当需要筛分物料时，物料从进料口直接堆积到筛网上，通过振动进行筛分，但是物料在筛网上运行时比较集中，筛网两边没有物料，只利用了筛网的中间部分筛分，没有完全发挥筛网的作用，降低了振动筛的利用率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、提高振动筛利用率的颗粒物料振动筛用分料板。 
本实用新型是通过如下措施实现的：颗粒物料振动筛用分料板，包括梯形底面，所述梯形底面的较窄的一端端部设置有挡板，所述梯形底面上设置有散射状均匀分布的分隔板，所述分隔板之间形成3-8个滑道。 
本实用新型的具体特点还有，所述梯形底面的较窄一端端部的宽度大于振动筛料仓底部的出料口的宽度，所述梯形底面的较宽一端端部的宽度略小于筛网的宽度。 
本实用新型的有益效果为：在振动筛料仓的下料口和筛网之间设置有分料板，使颗粒物料在落到筛网上后均匀分布，提高了振动筛的利用率和筛分能力，保证了颗粒物料的质量。

参见图1和图2，本实用新型是一种颗粒物料振动筛用分料板，包括梯形底面7，梯形底面7的较窄的一端端部设置有挡板4，梯形底面7上设置有散射状均匀分布的分隔板5，分隔板5之间形成4个滑道6；梯形底面7的较窄一端端部的宽度大于振动筛料仓3底部的出料口的宽度，梯形底面7的较宽一端端部的宽度略小于筛网1的宽度。 
分料板2固定设置在振动筛筛网1的上端，需要筛分物料时，物料从料仓3的底部落入分料板2较窄一端，物料均匀分开经过各个滑道6落在筛网1上，这样，物料均匀分布在筛网1上，提高了振动筛的利用率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的颗粒物料振动筛用分料板，其特征是，所述梯形底面的较窄一端端部的宽度大于振动筛料仓底部的出料口的宽度，所述梯形底面的较宽一端端部的宽度略小于筛网的宽度。
