背景技术
聚氨酯材料已经广泛应用于汽车、建筑、家电、能源等各个行业。PIR(聚异三聚氰酸脂)为聚氨酯中的一种,单纯的PIR(聚异三聚氰酸脂)材料以其良好的阻燃性、耐高温、耐老化性能和较低的线型膨胀系数,在液化天然气、液化乙烯、液化石油气储存运输和建筑保温隔热等领域应用广泛。然而,PIR材料作为有机材料,其阻燃性能,仍然无法与无机材料(如岩棉,玻璃棉)相比。
在一些应用中,对聚氨酯保温板的阻燃性要求较高,因此需要对聚氨酯保温板的结构进行改进,以提高其阻燃性能。

一种新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,它包括多层聚氨酯保温层和多层氧化铝层,其中每两个聚氨酯保温层之间设置一层氧化铝层。
上述的新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,其在于所述的聚氨酯保温层的厚度为2mm-10mm,所述的氧化铝层的厚度为0.2mm-1mm,所述的聚氨酯保温板的厚度为30mm-500mm。
上述的新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,其在于所述的氧化铝层采用胶粘或涂覆的方式与聚氨酯保温层粘合在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型采用聚氨酯保温层和氧化铝层交替设置的方式制成保温板,即突出聚氨酯材料在保温性能上的优点,有利用氧化铝层增加了保温板的阻燃性和耐火性。

一种新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,它包括多层聚氨酯保温层1和多层氧化铝层2,其中每两个聚氨酯保温层1之间设置一层氧化铝层2。聚氨酯保温层1和多层氧化铝层2交替设置;所述的氧化铝层2采用胶粘或涂覆的方式与聚氨酯保温层1粘合在一起。所述的聚氨酯保温层1的厚度为2mm-10mm,所述的氧化铝层2的厚度为0.2mm-1mm,所述的聚氨酯保温板的厚度为30mm-500mm。聚氨酯材料的密度为密度为80kg/m3

1.一种新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,其特征在于它包括多层聚氨酯保温层(1)和多层氧化铝层(2),其中每两个聚氨酯保温层(1)之间设置一层氧化铝层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,其特征在于所述的聚氨酯保温层(1)的厚度为2mm-10mm,所述的氧化铝层(2)的厚度为0.2mm-1mm,所述的聚氨酯保温板的厚度为30mm-500mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型高阻燃复合聚氨酯保温板,其特征在于所述的氧化铝层(2)采用胶粘或涂覆的方式与聚氨酯保温层(1)粘合在一起。
