本实用新型公开了一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,它包括管壳体,所述的管壳体内部为两端开放的圆柱形空腔,所述的管壳体由耐高温阻燃层和保温层组成,所述的耐高温阻燃层设在管壳体内层,所述的保温层设在管壳体外层。在保温管壳的实际使用中,内层的温差远大于外层,所以对保温管壳内层的耐高温、耐老化、阻燃和线性膨胀系数的要求高于外层,按照管壳体内外层温度条件的不同,将保温管壳的管壳体设置两层,实现管壳体的耐高温、阻燃和保温的多重效果,增大保温管壳的使用温度范围。

技术领域
本实用新型专利属于聚氨酯保温管壳领域,具体涉及一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳。 
背景技术
聚氨酯材料已经广泛应用于汽车、建筑、家电、能源等各个行业。和PUR(聚氨基甲酸酯)材料相比,PIR材料(聚异三聚氰酸脂)以其良好的阻燃性、耐高温、耐老化性能和较低的线型膨胀系数,在液化天然气、液化乙烯、液化石油气储存运输和建筑保温隔热等领域应用广泛。然而,由于PIR材料的反应过程复杂,熟化过程缓慢,对加工工艺的要求非常严格,导致成本远远高于PUR材料。PUR材料的保温性能优越。 
在保温管壳的实际运行中,里层的温差远大于外层,所以对保温管壳里层的耐高温、耐老化、阻燃和线性膨胀系数的要求高于外层。单层的PUR材料保温管壳不能用于温度较高的管道的保温,所以需要在其内层进行耐高温处理,以适应高温管道的保温要求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,它包括管壳体,所述的管壳体内部为两端开放的圆柱形空腔,所述的管壳体由耐高温阻燃层和保温层组成,所述的耐高温阻燃层设在管壳体内层,所述的保温层设在管壳体外层。 
上述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其在于所述的圆柱形空腔的直径为D30mm~D2040mm,所述的耐高温阻燃层的厚度为5mm~800mm,所述的保温层的厚度为5mm~150mm。 
上述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其在于所述的保温层与耐高温阻燃层粘合在一起。 
上述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其在于所述的耐高温阻燃层为PIR(聚异三聚氰酸脂)材料,所述的保温层为PUR(聚氨基甲酸酯)材料。 
本实用新型的有益效果: 
在保温管壳的实际使用中,里层的温差远大于外层,所以对保温管壳里层的耐高温、耐老化、阻燃和线性膨胀系数的要求高于外层,按照管壳体内外层温度条件的不同,将保温管 壳的管壳体设置两层,实现管壳体的耐高温、阻燃和保温的多重效果,增大保温管壳的使用温度范围。

具体实施方式
一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,它包括管壳体1,所述的管壳体1内部为两端开放的圆柱形空腔2,所述的管壳体1由耐高温阻燃层3和保温层4组成,所述的耐高温阻燃层3设在管壳体1内层,所述的保温层4设在管壳体1外层。所述的圆柱形空腔2的直径为D30mm~D2040mm,所述的耐高温阻燃层3的厚度为5mm~800mm,所述的保温层4的厚度为5mm~150mm。所述的保温层4与耐高温阻燃层3粘合在一起。所述的耐高温阻燃层3为PIR材料,所述的保温层4为PUR材料。 
使用时,管壳体1内部的圆柱形空腔2内径设计为与管道5的外径相配合,管壳体1套装在管道5上,起到管道保温作用。设在管壳体1内层的耐高温阻燃层3使管壳可以在温度较高的管道5上使用。运行温度范围为:-198℃~170℃。

1.一种耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其特征在于它包括管壳体(1),所述的管壳体(1)内部为两端开放的圆柱形空腔(2),所述的管壳体(1)由耐高温阻燃层(3)和保温层(4)组成,所述的耐高温阻燃层(3)设在管壳体(1)内层,所述的保温层(4)设在管壳体(1)外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其特征在于所述的圆柱形空腔(2)的直径为D30mm~D2040mm,所述的耐高温阻燃层(3)的厚度为5mm~800mm,所述的保温层(4)的厚度为5mm~150mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其特征在于所述的保温层(4)与耐高温阻燃层(3)粘合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的耐高温阻燃复合保温管壳,其特征在于所述的耐高温阻燃层(3)为PIR材料,所述的保温层(4)为PUR材料。
