Abstract

本实用新型为离心脱水机转轴轴承自润滑轴承座。该轴承座由一对特定的定子和转子组成.转子是一对偏心空心轴固定在旋转的轴上,上面有若干沿径向方向切割的槽,其中插有可在槽中滑动的滑片,定子部分是由轴承两侧面和轴承座主体,两边轴承座左右盖形成的一个相对密闭的圆柱面,转子随转轴在定子内旋转,在离心力的作用下,滑片从槽中甩出与定子形成一个个单独的压缩室.因而在轴承的的两侧边形成了两个泵,一边润滑脂(油)压不断增大,一边润滑脂(油)压不断减小,在轴承滚珠或滚柱的间隙之间循环往复排出和吸入润滑(脂)油,从而实现了轴承的自动润滑功能。

本实用新型涉及一种水处理过程中离心脱水机轴承润滑技术。 
背景技术:
离心脱水机转鼓等轴的轴承每工作100至200小时就要人工加注一次润滑脂(油),操作麻烦,有时候忘记或超时加注,轴承就要损坏,而更换轴承又非常困难。 
发明内容:
目前使用的离心脱水机转抽轴承座运行一段时间以后,需要人工增加润滑油进行润滑保养,否则造成离心脱水机转轴轴承磨损加速,影响脱水机性能。本实用新型为离心脱水机转轴轴承自润滑轴承座。该轴承座由一对定子和转子组成。转子是一对偏心空心轴固定在旋转的轴上,上面有若干沿径向方向切割的槽,其中插有可在槽中滑动的滑片,定子部分是由轴承两侧面和轴承座主体,两边轴承座左右盖形成的一个相对密闭的圆柱面,转子随转轴在定子内旋转,在离心力的作用下,滑片从槽中甩出与定子形成一个个单独的压缩室.因而在轴承的的两侧边形成了两个泵,一边润滑脂(油)压不断增大,一边润滑脂(油)压不断减小,在轴承滚珠或滚柱的间隙之间循环往复排出和吸入润滑脂(油),从而实现了轴承的自动润滑功能。

设计合理、结构简单,实现了轴承的自动润滑功能。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的离心脱水机轴承自润滑轴承座由一对特定的定子和转子组成。转子是一个偏心空心轴固定在旋转的轴上,上面有若干沿径向方向切割的槽,其中插有可在槽中滑动的滑片4。定子部分是由轴承两侧面和轴承座主体5,两边轴承座左右盖形成的一个相对密闭的圆柱面.转子随转轴在定子内旋转,在离心力的作用下,滑片4从槽中甩出与定子形成一个个单独的压缩室。两个偏心转子互成180度,旋转使压缩室的容积不断减小,因而在轴承的两侧边形成了两个泵,一侧的泵从下面抽吸润滑脂(油),从上面排出,另一侧的泵从上面吸入润滑脂(油),下面排出,一边润滑脂(油)压不断增大,一边润滑脂(油)压不断减小,在轴承滚珠或滚柱的间隙之间循环往复排出和吸入润滑脂(油),从而实现了轴承的自动润滑功能. 
轴承座主体5上有三个圆柱面,中间一个圆柱面直径及宽度与待润滑的轴承外圈相同,这个圆柱面压入待润滑轴承,在这个安装轴承的圆柱面两侧加工两个外径大于轴承且宽度不大于轴承宽度的圆柱面内安装转子,且上下开有润滑脂(油)注入孔和排放孔及堵塞,转子两侧装有弹簧挡圈8,两侧再安装轴承左右盖及相关紧固件和密封组件等。 
偏心空心轴上开有超过两个以上的滑槽和装有同等滑槽数量的滑片组成两个转子,滑片的宽度应小于偏心空心轴的宽度,滑片4能在滑槽内自由滑动。定子的外圆直径应大于轴承外圈直径5至10毫米,宽度不大于轴承宽度,两偏心空心轴互成180度固定在旋转轴上,转子和定子的侧面间隙约为2至3毫米,径向间隙约1毫米。

1.一种离心脱水机轴承自润滑轴承座,其特征在于在该轴承座由一对定子和转子组成,转子是一对偏心空心轴固定在旋转的轴上,上面有若干沿径向方向切割的槽,其中插有可在槽中滑动的滑片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心脱水机轴承自润滑轴承座,其特征在于定子部分是由轴承两侧面和轴承座主体,两边轴承座左右盖形成的一个相对密闭的圆柱面。
