Abstract

一种新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘,是由桩基础、导向筒和框架基盘组成,其特征在于桩基础采用吸力桩基础,吸力桩与框架基盘、导向筒连接为在吸力沉放中同时调平的整体结构。框架基盘为单一的三角形管架,同导向筒、吸力桩顶部中央焊接为一体;井口导向结构同框架基盘可焊接或用管卡连接,井口数量可灵活调节。这种新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘的优越性在于结构形式简单、重量轻便、焊接量小,井口数量增加容易、井口位置可调节,通过小型吊机便可实现水中下放,并可在吸力桩沉放的同时进行基盘调平作业,海上安装过程不需要使用驳船、浮吊、打桩锤、调平器和灌浆等大型装备或专用设备,从而简化了海上安装程序,达到缩短海上安装工期、降低费用的目的。

一种新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘
技术领域
本实用新型属于海洋工程领域海底钻井基盘结构型式的创新。
背景技术
在海上实施导管架与基盘导向桩对接与海上油田开发方案有关。主要有两种开发方案实施对接过程,一是采用预钻井,二是要保留有开采价值的勘探井。采用预钻井的方案,即钻井与平台设施的设计和建造同步进行,可以缩短开发工期,减少整体开发工程费用,增快投资的回报速度。这种方案一般采用水下基盘进行钻井。为了把导管架准确定位在基盘上,一般在基盘上设置导向桩与导管架下部设置的套筒进行对接。海底钻井基盘是预钻井作业的结构设施,传统的海底钻井基盘采用打入桩固定于海底。打入桩在基盘套筒以上的部分作为导管架与井口基盘对接的导向桩,主要承受来自导管架的水平向撞击力。传统海底钻井基盘安装过程,有打桩作业、调平作业和灌浆作业,需要施工装备有用于装载运输海底钻井基盘和桩的驳船、用于吊装海底钻井基盘和桩的浮吊、用于海底钻井基盘调平的专用调平器,以及打桩锤、灌浆设备等,使用钻井船每次出海只能安装一个基盘,不仅施工工期较长,而且施工费用居高不下。后来文昌导管架安装使用吸力桩式基盘,可在吸力桩负压沉放过程中完成基盘调平,无需打桩、调平、灌浆作业,从而简化了海上安装程序,缩短了海底钻井基盘的海上安装工期,降低了费用,但基盘采用桁架结构,形式较为复杂,重量稍重,焊接量较大,且一旦开始建造井口结构、数量难以再改变。
发明内容
为了减轻基盘重量,减少焊接量,克服井口结构不可调的缺点,本实用新型提供一种新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘。该基盘结构形式简单、重量轻,井口导向结构同框架基盘可焊接或用管卡连接,井口数量可灵活调节,通过小型拖轮即可运输至施工海域;通过小型吊机便可实现水中下放,并达到缩短海上安装工期、降低安装费用的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:海底钻井基盘由桩基础、导向筒和框架基盘组成,其特征在于桩基础采用吸力桩,吸力桩与框架基盘、导向筒连接为在吸力沉放中同时调平的整体结构。框架基盘为单一的三角形管架结构,同导向筒、吸力桩的顶部中央立柱焊接为一体。井口导向结构同框架基盘可焊接或用管卡连接,井口数量可灵活调节。
本实用新型的有益效果是,海上安装过程仅需要一条拖轮和一台小型吊机即可,且吸力贯入时使用新型深水泵橇块系统,可显著缩短海上安装工期、降低费用,提高海上安装的安全性。

具体实施方式
吸力桩式海底钻井基盘的结构见图1和图2,由三个吸力桩1、两根导向筒2和框架基盘3组成,导向筒2位于吸力桩1的顶部中央,框架基盘3与导向筒2连接在一起;吸力桩顶部设有泵口4,其上方安装潜水泵5或气力泵。
吸力桩式海底钻井基盘海上运输状态见图3,由拖轮6拖至安装位置。
借助拖轮上的小型吊机将吸力桩式海底钻井基盘吊装下水,入泥后吸力桩式海底钻井基盘依靠自重使吸力桩初始入泥达到桩土密封条件,此时通过抽取吸力桩内的水,使吸力桩贯入海底土壤8中,在贯入土壤8过程中,通过分别控制三个吸力桩1顶部潜水泵5的排量,调整所对应的吸力桩1入泥深度,从而调整基盘的水平度,见图4。

1.一种新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘,由桩基础、导向筒和框架基盘组成,其特征在于桩基础采用吸力桩,吸力桩与框架基盘、导向筒连接为在吸力沉放中同时调平的整体结构,井口导向结构同框架基盘连接。
2.根据权利要求1的新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘,其特征在于所说的框架基盘为单一的三角形管架结构,同导向筒、吸力桩的顶部中央立柱焊接为一体。
3.根据权利要求1的新的吸力桩式海底钻井基盘,其特征在于所说的井口导向结构同框架基盘可焊接或用管卡连接,井口数量可灵活调节。
